Description
本出願は、2017年8月16日付けの韓国特許出願第10-2017-0103628号および2018年8月16日付けの韓国特許出願第10-2018-0095280号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
<実施例1>
エタノール30mlに硝酸亜鉛7水和物0.5gを完全に溶解し、アンモニア水5mlをこの溶液に追加した。他の容器にエタノール10mlとベンズイミダゾール0.3gを完全に溶かした後、前記で準備した溶液と混合した。混合直ちに、白色のエマルジョンが生じ、発生したエマルジョンを10分間撹拌した後、遠心分離機を用いて白色固体状態のZIF-8粉末を収得した。
図1を参照すると、ZIF-8は、固体粉末状態で白色を呈することを確認することができた。
ZIF-8粉末もやはり、前記実施例1と類似した方法で合成した。
図2を参照すると、ZIF-8もやはり、粉末状態で白色を呈することを確認することができる。

<実験例1:弱酸性水溶液で分解可否の確認>
前記実施例1のZIF-8粉末、実施例2のZIF-8粉末、比較例1のAl2O3粉末、および比較例2のTiO2粉末をそれぞれ0.5gずつ人体の肺と類似した条件である弱酸性水溶液(pH:6)に入れ、分解可否を確認し、これを図3~図7に示した。
実施例1で製造されるZIF-8に対して、OECDガイドライン436(Acute Inhalation Toxicity-Acute Toxic Class Method)に従って吸入毒性実験を行った。吸入チャンバー(inhalation chamber)内に実験用げっ歯類を雌雄それぞれ3匹ずつ入れ、前記実験体の鼻に試料投入マスクを連結した後、水を媒介として利用したZIF-8エアロゾルを発生させて、実験体に投入した。投入濃度は、5mg/Lに設定し、4時間投入し、14日間実験体の状態を観察し、これらのうち一匹が死亡したことを確認した。
<実施例3>
実施例1のZIF-8粉末とポリアクリロニトリル樹脂がそれぞれ2重量%および18重量%になるように、ジメチルホルムアミドに分散し、これから高分子樹脂フィルムを製造した。

Claims (8)
- 亜鉛(Zn)とイミダゾール系の有機物が結合を成す構造のZIF系(Zeolitic Imidazolate framework)粉末を含む、呼吸器を介した吸入用白色顔料の製造方法であって、
前記ZIF系粉末は、前記吸入用白色顔料の全体重量を基準として80~100重量%含まれ、
前記ZIF系粉末は、硝酸亜鉛7水和物をエタノールおよびアンモニア水に溶解し、前記イミダゾール系の有機物をエタノールに溶解し、調整された溶液を混合することにより製造され、
前記吸入用白色顔料が吸入によって肺に入ると、前記吸入用白色顔料は酸性条件下で分解される、
呼吸器を介した吸入用白色顔料の製造方法。 - 前記ZIF系(Zeolitic Imidazolate framework)粉末は、
亜鉛(Zn)とイミダゾールが結合した化合物、
亜鉛(Zn)と2-メチルイミダゾールが結合した化合物、および
亜鉛(Zn)とベンズイミダゾールが結合した化合物
よりなる群から選ばれる1種以上である、
