Claims (4)
- 自動運転車両に対し、自動運転に必要な制御情報を送信する管制装置であって、
前記自動運転車両が備える無線通信手段から送信される信号を受信する受信手段と、
前記自動運転車両が備える前記無線通信手段に対し第1制御情報を送信する第1送信手段と、
前記受信手段により受信される前記自動運転車両からの信号の受信状況に基づいて、衛星が、前記自動運転車両が備える衛星通信手段に対し第2制御情報を送信するための情報を、前記衛星に対し送信する第2送信手段と、を備え、
前記第1送信手段は、前記受信手段が前記自動運転車両から受信した前記信号に基づいて生成された前記第1制御情報を送信するように構成され、
前記第2送信手段は、前記受信手段が前記自動運転車両以外の車両から受信した信号に基づいて生成された前記第2制御情報を送信するように構成される、
管制装置。 - 前記第2送信手段は、前記受信状況として、前記受信手段による前記自動運転車両からの信号が途絶したことに基づいて、前記衛星が前記第2制御情報を送信するための情報を送信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管制装置。
- 前記第1送信手段は、前記第1制御情報として、前記自動運転車両の速度を制限するための第1速度制限情報を送信可能に構成され、
前記第2送信手段は、前記第2制御情報として、前記自動運転車両の速度を制限するための情報であって、前記第1速度制限情報よりデータ量の少ない第2速度制限情報を送信可能に構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の管制装置。 - 自動運転車両に対し、自動運転に必要な制御情報を送信する管制装置であって、
前記自動運転車両が備える無線通信手段から送信される信号を受信する受信手段と、
前記自動運転車両が備える前記無線通信手段に対し第1制御情報を送信する第1送信手段と、
前記受信手段により受信される前記自動運転車両からの信号の受信状況に基づいて、他の車両が、前記自動運転車両が備える車車間通信手段に対し第2制御情報を送信するための情報を、前記他の車両に対し送信する第2送信手段と、を備える管制装置。
