Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a release sheet from which a part of a plurality of sheets can be peeled off, and a delivery slip to which the release sheet is applied.
In recent years, a one-part delivery slip (hereinafter referred to as a one-part delivery slip) is often used, in which multiple types of slips are arranged on a single slip sheet and each slip is simultaneously printed by a printer. is becoming
A representative one-part delivery slip consists of a tack sheet in which a release paper, an adhesive layer, and an intermediate substrate are laminated in this order. A slip sheet is provided to be arranged and formed, and at least the delivery slip has a structure that can be peeled off from the tack sheet surface using the separation line that is the boundary with the sticky slip (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). .
A one-part delivery slip has a delivery slip and affixed slip on a single slip sheet as described above. It is possible to print such information for management at high speed at a predetermined location on the delivery slip with a printer device. When using it, prepare a one-part delivery slip with the prescribed items printed on it in advance, peel off the release paper of the tack sheet that constitutes the one-part delivery slip, and attach it to the prescribed delivery item via the adhesive layer. do.
At the time of delivery using the delivery slip, the worker removes the delivery slip from the body of the delivery slip, takes the delivery slip home, and records information using a scanner or the like. However, when the delivery slip is peeled off from the delivery slip, it may curl due to the force applied for the peeling. If the delivery slip is curled, it takes time and effort to return it to a flat state when it is put on a scanner or the like, which increases the workload. There is a demand to maintain a flat state without curling, not only when a delivery slip in a delivery slip is used, but also when a part of a sheet consisting of a plurality of sheets is peeled off as a peeling piece.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a release sheet and a delivery slip that can reduce the degree of curling of a release piece when a part of a sheet consisting of a plurality of sheets is released.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when peeling a part of sheet|seat which consists of multiple sheets, it becomes possible to reduce the extent to which a peeling piece curls.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a delivery slip, which is an embodiment of the release sheet according to the present invention. Among them, FIG. 1(a) is a plan view of the surface side (
As shown in FIG. 1, the delivery slip according to the present embodiment includes a
As shown in the AA cross-sectional view of FIG. A
The
In the AA cross-sectional view of FIG. 1B, the thickness of each layer is shown to be substantially the same for simplification of the drawing, but in reality, the thickness of each layer is different as described later. there is In addition, in the AA sectional view of FIG. 1(b), the ratio of the length in the horizontal direction of the drawing to the thickness in the vertical direction of the drawing is different from the actual one. Actually, the length in the horizontal direction of the drawing is about several centimeters to several tens of cm, while the thickness in the vertical direction of the drawing is about several hundred μm. In addition, in the lower layer of the
As the
The composition of the
As the
The
The
The
As the self-repairing
Such a self-repairing material has the property that it returns to its original state (original length) after being stretched and allowed to stand for several seconds to several tens of seconds. That is, once stretched, the polymer has the property of returning to its original state after a "predetermined period of time" without any external stimuli. When a flat surface is subjected to a concave deformation, the concave surface is "stretched" and the concave area is "compressed." This type of self-repairing material is a resin composition having a self-repairing function of returning to its original flat surface after a predetermined period of time. In particular, the surface portion is "self-shrinking". This is a different phenomenon from the "instantaneous return phenomenon from stretching" of the rubber-like substance.
Specifically, as described in JP-A-2001-2744, an isocyanate prepolymer compound having three or more isocyanate groups in one molecule is reacted with a poly(prolactone-modified) hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate. A resin composition containing the resulting urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer and a photopolymerization initiator can be used.
In addition, polyprolactone-modified urethane (meth)acrylate resins having long-chain alkyl groups and UV-curable functional groups, as described in JP-A-2002-256053, can be used.
In addition, as described in JP-A-2005-162908, a polyfunctional isocyanate having a plurality of isocyanate groups in one molecule and a urethane (meth)acrylate resin obtained by reacting a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate. The alkylene glycol of the polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate is a glycol having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and the number of repeating units is 2.5 to 11 in terms of ethylene glycol. In this case, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), naphthalene diisocyanate (NDI), IPDI, TDI, XDI, TMDI, hydrogenated TDI, LDI and norbornane diisocyanate can be used as the bifunctional isocyanate. Moreover, as a trifunctional isocyanate, the isocyanurate body which carried out isocyanurate modification|denaturation of the diisocyanate, an adduct modified body, a biuret body, LTI, and a triamino nonane triisocyanate can be used. Polyethylene glycol (meth)acrylate, polypropylene glycol (meth)acrylate, and polybutylene glycol (meth)acrylate can be used as polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate.
Appropriate organic solvents, leveling agents, and UV absorbers may be added to the resin composition. Furthermore, an antistatic agent, a thixotropic agent, an antifoaming agent, a silane coupling agent, an antioxidant and the like may be added. Here, the addition of an extender pigment or the like is not preferable because it inhibits the self-healing property. As a forming method, an air spray method, an electrostatic coating method, a roll coater method, a flow coater method, a spin coater method, an offset printing method, a gravure printing method, a screen printing method, or an inkjet method can be used. The resin composition may further contain a long-chain alkyl group-containing compound, a silicone-based compound, and/or a fluorine-based compound.
As a self-repairing material, a ring-moving polymer (Stridling Material (registered trademark)) material, specifically, a linear polymer (polyethylene glycol), a cyclic molecule (cyclodexrin), and a stopper molecule (adamantanamine) can be used. A ring-moving polymer material regulates the inclusion amount of cyclic molecules as a molecular necklace (polytaxane), and allows the cyclic molecules to move freely on the linear polymer, while allowing the cyclic molecules to move freely. is crosslinked. By cross-linking molecular necklaces with each other or between a molecular necklace and another polymer, a supramolecular network can be constructed in which the cross-linking points are free to move. It exerts the effect of keeping the tension even.
A chemical gel can also be used as the self-healing material. A chemical gel is a three-dimensional polymer network structure in which a special molecular framework that spontaneously recombine bonds is introduced. The original mesh can be reconstructed.
As the self-healing material, a resin (active energy ray-curable composition) containing a urethane resin having a polycarbonate skeleton can be used. The content of the "urethane resin having a polycarbonate skeleton" in the resin layer is preferably 50% or more. The resin layer may contain other resins such as organosilicon compounds (polydimethylsiloxane copolymers), urethane resins, acrylic resins, polyester resins, epoxy resins, and melamine resins. The resin layer may further contain an isocyanate cross-linking agent or a melamine cross-linking agent.
