Description
図1及び図2に示すように、第一実施形態に係る光学膜付きガラス板1は、ガラス板2と、光学膜3とを備え、例えば固体撮像素子の視感度補正部材やカバーガラスなどに利用される。
図6に示すように、第二実施形態に係る光学膜付きガラス板1が、第一実施形態に係る光学膜付きガラス板1と相違するところは、ガラス板2の端面2bが面取りされている点である。
図12に示すように、第三実施形態に係る光学膜付きガラス板1が、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態に係る光学膜付きガラス板1と相違するところは、食み出し部3aを有する光学膜3がガラス板2の一方の主表面2aにのみ形成されている点である。なお、図示例では、面取り部を設けていないが、第二実施形態で説明したような面取り部を設けてもよい。

- 表裏一対の主表面、および前記一対の主表面各々の端部を結ぶ端面を有するガラス板と、前記ガラス板の少なくとも一方の前記主表面に形成された光学膜とを備えた光学膜付きガラス板において、
前記光学膜が、前記ガラス板の前記主表面の前記端部を越えて外側に食み出した食み出し部を備え、
前記食み出し部は、前記ガラス板の前記主表面に沿って外側に延び、前記ガラス板の前記端面から離れていることを特徴とする光学膜付きガラス板。 - 前記端面が面取りされており、前記端面が前記食み出し部よりも外側に位置する部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学膜付きガラス板。
- 前記光学膜が、反射防止膜、赤外線遮蔽膜、紫外線遮蔽膜、紫外線及び赤外線遮蔽膜の少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光学膜付きガラス板。

- 前記切断工程が、前記面取り工程を兼ね、前記ガラス板の切断と同時に面取りも行うことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光学膜付きガラス板の製造方法。
- 前記光学膜が、前記ガラス板の一方の前記主表面のみに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の光学膜付きガラス板の製造方法。
- 前記光学膜が、前記ガラス板の両方の前記主表面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の光学膜付きガラス板の製造方法。
