Description
Claims (5)
- 径方向へ突出して軸方向へ延び、周方向に一定のピッチで配列された複数の歯を有する平歯車部品であって、
中心軸線周りに螺旋状に巻回された状態で複数の前記歯の配列パターンに対応する形状を付与された繊維材料を有し、
前記繊維材料は、連続した状態で前記中心軸線周りに螺旋状に複数回、巻回され、
前記繊維材料の長手方向における一方の端部と他方の端部とは、前記周方向において異なる位置に配置され、
前記繊維材料の前記一方の端部と前記他方の端部とは、軸方向において、複数の他の周回部分が介在するように、異なる位置に配置される、平歯車部品。 - 前記繊維材料は、軸方向において並列な状態で巻回されている、請求項1に記載の平歯車部品。
- 径方向へ突出して軸方向へ延び、周方向に一定のピッチで配列された複数の歯を有する平歯車部品と、
前記平歯車部品の内周側に形成されたベース部と、を備える平歯車であって、
中心軸線周りに螺旋状に巻回された状態で複数の前記歯の配列パターンに対応する形状を付与された繊維材料を有し、
前記ベース部は、前記平歯車部品に固定された樹脂成形体によって構成され、
前記繊維材料は、連続した状態で前記中心軸線周りに螺旋状に複数回、巻回され、
前記繊維材料の長手方向における一方の端部と他方の端部とは、前記周方向において異なる位置に配置され、
前記繊維材料の前記一方の端部と前記他方の端部とは、軸方向において、複数の他の周回部分が介在するように、異なる位置に配置される、平歯車。 - 径方向へ突出して軸方向へ延び、周方向に一定のピッチで配列された複数の歯を有する平歯車部品の製造方法であって、
中心軸線周りに螺旋状に繊維材料を巻回することで円環状部材を形成する工程と、
前記円環状部材に対して、前記歯の形状を形成する工程と、を備え、
前記円環状部材を形成する工程において、前記繊維材料を、連続した状態で前記中心軸線周りに螺旋状に複数回、巻回し、
前記繊維材料の長手方向における一方の端部と他方の端部とを、前記周方向において異なる位置に配置し、
前記繊維材料の前記一方の端部と前記他方の端部とを、軸方向において、複数の他の周回部分が介在するように、異なる位置に配置する、平歯車部品の製造方法。 - 径方向へ突出して軸方向へ延び、周方向に一定のピッチで配列された複数の歯を有する平歯車部品の製造方法であって、
中心軸線周りに螺旋状に繊維材料を巻回することで円環状部材を形成する工程と、
前記円環状部材に対して、前記歯の形状を形成する工程と、を備え、
前記歯の形状を形成する工程では、前記円環状部材の内周側を内周金型で支持し、周方向に分割された複数の外周金型を外周側から前記円環状部材に押し付けることによって、前記歯の形状を形成する、平歯車部品の製造方法。
