Abstract
Description
塩化アンモニウム、水および炭酸カルシウムを表1に示す組成比で混合し、実施例1から4および比較例1から2にかかる蓄冷材を調製した。なお、塩化アンモニウムと水の合計質量が100重量部となるように調製した。
Claims (7)
- 水と、塩化アンモニウムと、炭酸カルシウムとを含み、前記水と前記塩化アンモニウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記塩化アンモニウムは15から17重量部であり、水が83から85重量部であり、前記炭酸カルシウムは、前記水と前記塩化アンモニウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記100重量部に対して0.5から5重量部の添加量であり、-15℃付近に融点を持つとともに、-18℃の環境で完全に凍結する蓄冷材。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムは、前記水と前記塩化アンモニウムの合計質量を100重量部としたときに、前記100重量部に対して1から3重量部の添加量である請求項1記載の蓄冷材。
- 請求項1または2に記載の蓄冷材を収容する収容部を備える保冷具。
- 前記収容部を複数有し、
隣り合う前記収容部同士を接続する接続部を備える、
請求項3に記載の保冷具。 - 前記接続部は、可撓性を有する、
請求項4に記載の保冷具。 - 請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の保冷具を備える物流梱包容器。
- 請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の保冷具を用いた物流システムであり、
前記保冷具を複数凍結させる凍結庫と、
凍結させた前記保冷具にて、輸送対象物を保冷する輸送部を備える物流システム。
