Description
表1及び2に示すように、各成分を秤量して均一に混合し、混合材料をプラチナ-ロジウム坩堝に投入して、次に、1550℃の抵抗炉において7時間加熱し、プラチナロッドを用いて撹拌して気泡を放出した。溶解した溶融ガラスをステンレス鋳鉄金型にキャストして、所定の板形状のガラス製品を成形し、次に、ガラス製品をアニーリング炉において650℃で3時間アニーリングし、電源を切って25℃まで炉冷した。ガラス製品について分断、研削、研磨を行い、製造されたガラス完成品(厚さ0.7mm)を用いて、研磨して得たガラス製品の表面について、テスト前に脱イオン水できれいに洗浄し、その後、430℃の溶融KNO3に入れて3h処理し、次に取り出して25℃に冷却し、脱イオン水できれいに洗浄して乾燥し、ガラス完成品を得た。それぞれ各ガラス完成品の諸特性について測定し、結果を表1~3に示した。
Claims (6)
- ガラス用組成物の全重量を基準にして、酸化物換算で、
SiO2:45~47重量%、Al2O3:21.5~25重量%、MgO:1.5~2重量%、Na2O:13~16重量%、P2O5:11~15重量%、及びTiO2:1~1.8重量%からなることを特徴とするガラス用組成物。 - 前記ガラス用組成物は、K2O、As2O3、Sb2O3、SO3及びFのうちの1種又は複数種を含有しない、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス用組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のガラス用組成物に対して、混合、溶融、均質化、キャスト成形及びアニーリングを順次行うことを含む、ことを特徴とするガラスの製造方法。
- アニーリングしたガラスに対して、分断、研削及び化学強化を行うことを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- ディスプレイデバイスの製造における、請求項1または2に記載のガラス用組成物の使用。
- タッチスクリーンカバーの製造における、請求項5に記載のガラス用組成物の使用。
