Claims (5)
- 化学成分としてZrO2が87〜94重量%であり、Al2O3が1.2〜3.0重量%であり、SiO2が3.0〜8.0重量%であり、Na2Oが0.35重量%を超え1.0重量%以下であり、B2O3が0.02重量%を超えて0.05重量%未満であり、Al2O3とNa2Oの重量比が3.0から4.0であり、P2O5、CuOは、実質的に含まれないことを特徴とする高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 化学成分として、ZrO2を87〜94重量%、SiO2を3.0〜8.0重量%、Al2O3、Na2O、B2O3を必須とし、Al2O3を1.2〜3.0重量%、Na2Oを0.35を超え1.0重量%以下、B2O3を0.02を超え0.05重量%未満含み、Al2O3とNa2Oの重量比が2.5から5.0であり、P2O5とCuOは実質的に含まれず、鋳造耐火物を粉砕した状態で、1500℃で1時間加熱した後にも、ジルコン(ZrSiO4)が析出しないことを特徴とする高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 鋳造耐火物を粉砕した状態で、1500℃で1時間加熱した後にも、ジルコン(ZrSiO4)が析出しないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 鋳造耐火物の上にガラスを置き、1300℃で4時間加熱する発泡試験において、ガラスに発生する泡の数が5個/cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
- 残存体積膨張率が2.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の高ジルコニア鋳造耐火物。
