一方、一の構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は、「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。

Claims (5)
- 蓋部材と、
円筒部と、前記円筒部の一端に形成され、前記蓋部材に溶接された開口部と、前記円筒部の他端に形成された閉塞部とを有する外殻部材と、
前記外殻部材に収容された蓄圧部品と、を備えるアキュムレータを構成する外殻部材であって、
前記円筒部は、前記円筒部の上端から高さ方向中央近傍まで同じ肉厚で形成された壁部である第1壁部と、前記開口部を有する第2壁部と、前記第1壁部から前記第2壁部まで前記第1壁部よりも外側に張り出すように肉厚が変化して、前記第1壁部の外側面と前記第2壁部の外側面とを接続するためのテーパ部とを備え、
前記第2壁部の肉厚は、前記第1壁部の肉厚よりも厚くなっていることを特徴とする、アキュムレータの外殻部材。 - 前記第2壁部は、上下方向全域において前記第1壁部の肉厚の1.03倍以上かつ1.2倍以下の肉厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアキュムレータの外殻部材。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のアキュムレータの外殻部材を製造するための方法であって、
金属製の円板であって、縁部の厚さが中心部よりも厚くなった円板を筒状にプレス成形するための成形工程を有することを特徴とする、アキュムレータの外殻部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のアキュムレータの外殻部材を備えるアキュムレータであって、
前記アキュムレータは、前記外殻部材の前記開口部と前記蓋部材との接合部分に前記外殻部材の開口端面及び前記蓋部材の上面の対向領域全体を覆うように形成された溶接部を備えることを特徴とする、アキュムレータ。 - 請求項4に記載のアキュムレータを製造するための方法であって、
前記外殻部材の前記開口部と前記蓋部材とを溶接するための溶接工程を有することを特徴とする、アキュムレータの製造方法。
