Claims (5)
- 管状のピンと管状のボックスとからなる鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記ピンはテーパ雄ねじ部を含み、前記ボックスは前記テーパ雄ねじ部と噛み合うテーパ雌ねじ部を含み、
前記テーパ雄ねじ部が、管軸方向に沿って、前記ピンの先端側の第1領域、及び前記ピンの管本体側の第2領域に区分され、
前記テーパ雄ねじ部のテーパは、2段テーパであり、
前記第1領域のテーパ率が前記第2領域のテーパ率よりも大きく、前記第1領域の前記テーパ率が前記テーパ雌ねじ部のテーパ率よりも大きく、前記第2領域の前記テーパ率が前記テーパ雌ねじ部の前記テーパ率よりも大きい、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項1に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記第1領域の前記テーパ率をTp1とし、前記第2領域の前記テーパ率をTp2とし、前記テーパ雌ねじ部の前記テーパ率をTbとしたとき、Tp1、Tp2及びTbが下記式(1)、(2)及び(3)の条件を満足する、鋼管用ねじ継手。

0.94<Tp2/Tp1<1.00 …(3) - 請求項1又は2に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記テーパ雄ねじ部の管軸方向の総長さをLとし、前記テーパ雄ねじ部の前記ピンの前記先端側の端から前記第1領域と前記第2領域との境界までの管軸方向の距離をxとしたとき、xがLの20%以上でLの80%以下の範囲内である、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記ピンは前記ピンの先端に配置されたショルダ面を含み、前記ボックスは前記ピンの前記ショルダ面に対応するショルダ面を含む、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項4に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記ピンは前記ショルダ面と前記テーパ雄ねじ部との間に配置されたシール面を含み、前記ボックスは前記ピンの前記シール面に対応するシール面を含む、鋼管用ねじ継手。
