Description
・上述した実施形態においては、底シール突出部27はテーパ部27a及び薄肉部27bから構成されていたが、薄肉部27bは必須ではない。薄肉部27bを設けない場合でも、底シール突出部27がテーパ形状をなしていることで、型締め時に外層11同士が溶着することになり、耐衝撃性を向上させることができる。
Claims (1)
- 外殻と内袋とを有し且つ内容物の減少に伴って前記内袋が収縮する容器本体を備える積層剥離容器の製造方法であって、
前記外殻を構成する外層と前記内袋を構成する内層とを備える円筒状の積層パリソンを用いたブロー成形工程を備え、
当該ブロー成形工程において、容器内側方向を向くよう傾斜した一対のテーパ面が食い切り部近傍に形成された金型を用い、前記一対のテーパ面により、前記容器本体の底面から突出する前記積層パリソンの底シール突出部であって、少なくとも一部の領域で前記外殻同士が溶着し、且つ、前記内袋が前記外殻に挟まれた底シール突出部を形成し、
前記金型は、前記テーパ面よりも食い切り部側に、前記一対のテーパ面よりも間隔の狭い薄肉成形部を備え、
前記底シール突出部は、前記一対のテーパ面により形成されるテーパ部と、前記薄肉成形部により形成される薄肉部を備えるとともに、前記テーパ部の基端部の厚さに対する前記薄肉部の厚さの比が0.01〜0.1である、積層剥離容器の製造方法。
