Description
フレキシブルバッテリーを25℃で充電し、−32℃で24時間貯蔵後に放電容量を測定する。
フレキシブルバッテリーを25℃で充電し、−32℃で24時間貯蔵後に放電容量を測定する。
まず、厚さが30μmであるアルミニウム材質の金属層を準備し、前記金属層の一面にCPP(casting polypropylene)で構成された厚さが40μmである第1樹脂層を形成させ、前記金属層の他面に厚さが10μmであるナイロンフィルムで構成された第2樹脂層を形成させ、この時、前記第1樹脂層と金属層間にアクリル酸の含量が共重合体内に6重量%で含有された酸変性ポリプロピレン層を5μmで介在させて総厚さ85μmである外装材を製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、プロピルプロピオネートとエチルプロピオネートの総含量、これらの体積比、添加剤の総含量などを変更してフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、添加剤として二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうちエチレンスルフィド(ESA)0.5重量%、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)2.5重量%およびLiBOB 0.5重量%を含む二次電池用電解液を使ってフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例14と同様に実施して製造するものの、添加剤の総含量などを変更してフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、添加剤として二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうちエチレンスルフィド(ESA)0.5重量%、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)2.5重量%およびLiPO2F2 0.5重量%を含む二次電池用電解液を使ってフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例19と同様に実施して製造するものの、添加剤の総含量などを変更してフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例1と同様に実施して製造するものの、電解液に添加剤を含まずにフレキシブルバッテリーを製造した。
実施例および比較例により製造したフレキシブルバッテリーに対して、25℃でそれぞれのフレキシブルバッテリーを充電し、−32℃、−20℃、−10℃、0℃、25℃、45℃および60℃それぞれで24時間の間貯蔵した後、それぞれに対して放電容量を測定した。
以上、本発明の一実施例について説明したが、本発明の思想は本明細書に提示される実施例に制限されず、本発明の思想を理解する当業者は同じ思想の範囲内で、構成要素の付加、変更、削除、追加などによって他の実施例を容易に提案することができ、これもまた本発明の思想範囲内に含まれるものと理解されるべきである。
Claims (12)
- プロピルプロピオネート(PP)とエチルプロピオネート(EP)を含む非水性有機溶媒、リチウム塩および添加剤を含み、前記リチウム塩は濃度0.6〜1.6Mで含まれる、二次電池用電解液。
- 前記プロピルプロピオネートおよびエチルプロピオネートは非水性有機溶媒の全体体積に対して60〜90体積%で備えられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 非水性有機溶媒は
前記プロピルプロピオネートおよびエチルプロピオネートを1:0.2〜0.8の体積比で含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。 - 前記非水性有機溶媒はエチレンカーボネート(EC)およびプロピレンカーボネート(PC)からなる群から選択された1種以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 前記非水性有機溶媒はプロピルプロピオネート100体積部に対して、エチルプロピオネートを20〜80体積部、エチレンカーボネート15〜65体積部およびプロピレンカーボネート3〜17体積部で含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 前記添加剤はビニレンカーボネート(VC)、1,3−プロパンスルホン(PS)、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)、エチレンスルフィド(ESA)、LiBOB、LiPO2F2およびアジポニトリル(ADN)からなる群から選択された1種以上を二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうち1〜8重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 前記添加剤は二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうちビニレンカーボネート(VC)を0.1〜1重量%、1,3−プロパンスルホン(PS)を0.8〜3.2重量%、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)を1.2〜3.8重量%およびアジポニトリル(ADN)を0.1〜1重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 前記添加剤は二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうちエチレンスルフィド(ESA)を0.1〜1重量%、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)を1.2〜3.8重量%およびLiBOBを0.1〜1重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 前記添加剤は二次電池用電解液の全体重量のうちエチレンスルフィド(ESA)を0.1〜1重量%、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)を1.2〜3.8重量%およびLiPO2F2を0.1〜1重量%で含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電解液。
- 電極組立体;
請求項1に記載された電解液;および
前記電極組立体を電解液と共に封止する外装材;を含む、フレキシブルバッテリー。 - 下記の測定方法によって測定した放電容量が80%以上である、請求項10に記載のフレキシブルバッテリー:
