Description
マグネトロンスパッタリング蒸着機(Selcos Cetus−S)を用いて、下記のように、透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた多層構造の低放射コーティングを製造した。
上部誘電体層の上部面に最上部保護層をさらに形成したことを除いては、実施例1と同じ条件及び方法で透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた低放射コーティングを製造しており、具体的には、前記上部誘電体層の上部面にアルゴン100%雰囲気下でジルコニウムを蒸着して、4〜5nm厚さのジルコニウム層を形成した後、前記金属層の表面に後酸化工程を行い、ジルコニウム層の表面を一部酸化して3〜4nm厚さのジルコニウム酸化物層を形成しており、前記ジルコニウム層の表面を一部酸化してジルコニウム酸化物層を形成すると同時に、シリコーンアルミニウム酸窒化物を蒸着して、10nm厚さのシリコーンアルミニウム酸窒化物層を形成することによって、前記最上部保護層を形成した。
実施例1において、6mm厚さの透明ガラス基板上にSiAl targetを、窒素を含む反応性ガスであるアルゴン/ナイトロジェン(アルゴン:ナイトロジェンの流量比=80:10)雰囲気下で蒸着して、45nm厚さの下部誘電体層を単層で形成し、バリア層を形成していないことを除いては、実施例1と同じ条件及び方法で透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた低放射コーティングを製造した。
実験例1:耐熱性評価
実施例1、2及び比較例1に従って低放射コーティングがコーティングされた透明ガラス基材のヘイズを測定した。
実施例1、2及び比較例1に従って低放射コーティングがコーティングされた透明ガラス基材に対して洗滌器(MANNA,MGR−460)を用いて耐磨耗性試験を実施した。

Claims (9)
- 透明基板;及び前記透明基板の少なくとも一面にコーティングされた低放射コーティング;を含み、
前記低放射コーティングは順次に、第1の下部誘電体層、バリア層、第2の下部誘電体層、低放射保護層、低放射層、低放射保護層、及び上部誘電体層を含み、
前記第1の下部誘電体層、前記第2の下部誘電体層及び上部誘電体層の各々は窒化シリコーンアルミニウムを含み、
前記低放射保護層の各々はNiCrを含み、
前記バリア層はジルコニウム酸化物を含み、
前記バリア層は厚さが1nm〜30nmである、
窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第1の下部誘電体層及び前記第2の下部誘電体層の各々は、厚さが5nm〜50nmである、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射保護層は、単一層又は複数の層で含まれており、
前記低放射層の一面又は両面に位置する、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射保護層は、可視光線領域の消衰係数が1.5〜3.5である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射保護層は、Ni、Cr、NiとCrの合金、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択された1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記上部誘電体層の厚さは、30nm〜50nmである、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記上部誘電体層の上部に最上部保護層をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記最上部保護層は、金属層、金属酸化物層、及びシリコーン−アルミニウム系複合金属酸化窒化物層を順次に含む多層構造である、
請求項7に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記透明基板は、80%〜100%の可視光線透過率を有するガラス又は透明プラスチック基板である、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。
