Description
実施例1
マグネトロンスパッタリング蒸着機を用いて、下記のように、透明ガラス基材にコーティングされた多層構造の低放射コーティングを製造した。
実施例1において、第2の誘電層と第5の誘電層である酸化チタン層を除いて、その他層は、いずれも同様に製作した。
実験例1
実施例1において製作された窓戸用機能性建材に対して、下記の項目別に性能分析を実施した。
実施例1及び比較例1において、第1の誘電体層、第3の誘電体層、第4の誘電体層及び第6の誘電体層は、それぞれ所定の金属ターゲットを用いて窒素雰囲気でスパッタリング装備を利用して蒸着し形成しており、このとき、窒素の含量比を適宜調節して、各層が所定範囲の屈折率を有するように製造した。また、実施例1及び比較例1において、第2の誘電体層及び第5の誘電体層は、それぞれ所定の金属ターゲットを用いて酸素雰囲気でスパッタリング装備を利用して蒸着し形成しており、このとき、酸素の含量比を適宜調節して、各層が所定範囲の屈折率を有するように製造した。
UV−Vis−NIスペクトル測定装置(Shimadzu,Solidspec−3700)を利用して250〜2500nm範囲の1nm区間幅で光学スペクトルを測定した後、結果値をKSL2514基準に基づいて可視光線透過率を測定した。
遠赤外線分光測定装置であるFT−IR(Frontier,Perkin Elmer社)を利用して、窓戸用機能性建材の低放射コーティングがコーティングされた方の一面の遠赤外線反射率スペクトルを測定しており、その結果からKS2514規格に合わせて遠赤外線平均反射率を算出した後、100%−(遠赤外線平均反射率)の数式で放射率を評価した。
色差測定機(KONICA MINOLTA SENSING,Inc.,CM−700d)を利用してCIE1931基準のL*、a*及びb*値を測定した。このとき、光源は、KS規格のD65に適用した。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に対して、洗滌機(MANIA,MGR−460)を用いて耐磨耗性試験を実施しており、それにより、目視で前記各低放射コーティングの表面にスクラッチが発生する時点の時間を測定した。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材を常温常湿チャンバー(LS産電、EBS−35B)の50℃、90%RH(湿度)の条件下で放置し、腐食点が発生する時点を評価した。光学顕微鏡(X50)を利用して、実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に腐食点が発生するかを確認した。
実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材を常温常湿チャンバー(LS産電、EBS−35B)の50℃、90%RH(湿度)の条件下で放置し、腐食点が発生する時点を評価した。光学顕微鏡(X50)を利用して、実施例1及び比較例1に従って製造された窓戸用機能性建材に腐食点が発生するかを確認した。

Claims (6)
- 透明基板及び前記透明基板の一面に形成された低放射コーティングを含み、
前記低放射コーティングは、前記透明基板から順次に積層した第1の誘電体層、第2の誘電体層、第3の誘電体層、第1の低放射保護層、低放射層、第2の低放射保護層、第4の誘電体層、第5の誘電体層及び第6の誘電体層を含み、
前記第1の誘電体層の屈折率と前記第3の誘電体層の屈折率は、それぞれ前記第2の誘電体層の屈折率より低いし、
前記第4の誘電体層の屈折率と前記第6の誘電体層の屈折率は、それぞれ前記第5の誘電体層の屈折率より低く、
前記第1の誘電体層、前記第3の誘電体層、前記第4の誘電体層及び前記第6の誘電体層の屈折率は、それぞれ1.8〜2.2であり、
前記第2の誘電体層及び前記第5の誘電体層の屈折率は、それぞれ2.3〜2.5であり、
前記第1の誘電体層、前記第3の誘電体層、前記第4の誘電体層及び前記第6の誘電体層は、それぞれ窒化シリコーンアルミニウムを含み、
前記第2の誘電体層及び前記第5の誘電体層は、それぞれ酸化チタンを含み、
前記第1の低放射保護層及び前記第2の低放射保護層は、酸化アルミニウム亜鉛層及びニッケルクロム層を含む、
窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第6の誘電体層の上部に最上部保護層をさらに含み、
前記最上部保護層は、ジルコニウム系化合物を含む、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第3の誘電体層、前記第6の誘電体層、又はこれら全ての上部に追加高屈折層及び追加低屈折層が順次に積層してさらに含み、
前記追加低屈折層は、屈折率が2.2以下であり、
前記追加高屈折層は、屈折率が2.3以上である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記低放射層は、放射率が0.01〜0.3である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記第1の低放射保護層及び前記第2の低放射保護層のそれぞれは、可視光線領域の消衰係数が1.5〜3.5である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。 - 前記透明基板は、80%〜100%の可視光線透過率を有するガラス又は透明プラスチック基板である、
請求項1に記載の窓戸用機能性建材。
