前記油系掘削流体が、前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量の前記ミリスチン酸塩を含む前記層状複水酸化物を含む、実施形態1に記載の油系掘削流体組成物。
実施形態3
前記油系掘削流体が、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、10重量%〜20重量%の量の前記基油、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量の1つ以上の湿潤剤、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜5重量%の量の1つ以上の乳化剤、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.5重量%〜2重量%の量の1つ以上の流体損失制御添加剤、または
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、50重量%〜90重量%の量の1つ以上の加重添加剤、

前記層状複水酸化物が、アルミニウムカチオンまたはマグネシウムカチオンのうちの1つ以上を含む、実施形態1〜4のいずれかに記載の油系掘削流体組成物。

油系掘削流体組成物を作製するための方法であって、
基油、含水構成成分、およびレオロジー調整剤を混合して、油系掘削流体組成物を形成することを含み、
前記油系掘削流体組成物が、前記基油を含む油相および前記水を含む水相を含み、
前記レオロジー調整剤が、ミリスチン酸塩を含む層状複水酸化物を含む、方法。

前記方法が、乳化剤、湿潤剤、流体損失制御添加剤、および加重添加剤から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を、前記基油、前記含水構成成分、および前記レオロジー調整剤と混合することをさらに含む、実施形態6に記載の方法。

油系掘削流体組成物を提供することであって、前記油系掘削流体組成物が、

水相中の水と、
ミリスチン酸塩を含む層状複水酸化物を含むレオロジー調整剤と、
乳化剤、湿潤剤、流体損失制御添加剤、および加重添加剤から選択される1つ以上の添加剤と、を含む、提供することと、
前記油系掘削流体組成物の存在下で、坑井内でドリルを操作することと、
を含む、方法。

前記坑井が、
300°F超の坑井温度、
10,000psi超の坑井圧力、または
0℃以下の表面温度、のうちの1つ以上を含む、実施形態11に記載の方法。

Claims (20)
- 油相中の基油と、
水相中の水と、
ミリスチン酸塩を含む層状複水酸化物を含むレオロジー調整剤と、
乳化剤、湿潤剤、流体損失制御添加剤、および加重添加剤から選択される1つ以上の添加剤と、
を含む、油系掘削流体組成物。 - 前記油系掘削流体が、前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量の前記ミリスチン酸塩を含む前記層状複水酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の油系掘削流体組成物。
- 前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、10重量%〜20重量%の量の前記基油、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量の1つ以上の湿潤
剤、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜5重量%の量の1つ以上の乳化
剤、
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.5重量%〜2重量%の量の1つ以上の流体
損失制御添加剤、または
前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、50重量%〜90重量%の量の1つ以上の加重

- 油系掘削流体組成物を作製するための方法であって、
基油、含水構成成分、およびレオロジー調整剤を混合して、油系掘削流体組成物を形成することを含み、
前記油系掘削流体組成物が、前記基油を含む油相および前記水を含む水相を含み、
前記レオロジー調整剤が、ミリスチン酸塩を含む層状複水酸化物を含む、方法。 - 前記油系掘削流体が、前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量のMg/Al−ミリスチン酸塩層状複水酸化物を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、乳化剤、湿潤剤、流体損失制御添加剤、および加重添加剤から選択される1つ以上の添加剤を、前記基油、前記含水構成成分、および前記レオロジー調整剤と混合することをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。

300°F(149°C)超の坑井温度、
10,000psi(68.9MPa)超の坑井圧力、または
0℃以下の表面温度、のうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記油系掘削流体が、前記油系掘削流体の総重量に基づいて、0.1重量%〜2重量%の量のMg/Al−ミリスチン酸塩層状複水酸化物を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
