Description
The present invention relates to a warehouse management system for improving the efficiency of warehousing / delivery management in a warehouse.
There is known an automatic transport device that automatically transports items received in a warehouse on a pallet to a designated place. Further, a device that automatically moves an item placed on a pallet from one place in a warehouse to another is well known (Patent Document 1).
As mentioned above, it is relatively easy to automate the work of moving the items on the pallet. On the other hand, the work of taking out the specified number of applicable items from the items stacked on the shelves or pallets requires functions such as image recognition, identification of the items, and picking up the items. Therefore, an expensive robot equipped with a complicated control mechanism is required (Patent Document 2).
Therefore, a system that relies on manpower rather than robots for picking work of picking and packing a specified number of items for each shipping destination has become widespread.
The known conventional techniques have the following problems to be solved.
In order to improve the efficiency of the above-mentioned picking work, an automatic device for moving a pallet loaded with an item to be picked is known to a worker performing the picking work (Patent Document 3). However, a storage form that allows all items to be automatically transported to the picking location is essential.
In addition, France Effidence has developed and introduced an automatic device that follows a worker who picks an item, receives the picked item, and transports it to the place where it is packed and shipped. However, this device requires an autopilot function that follows the operator while communicating with the operator.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes an automatic machine that transports an item picked by an operator to a designated place, an automatic machine that automatically transports a pallet loaded with the item to a designated place, and the like. The purpose is to provide a warehouse management system that improves work efficiency while efficiently using.

Conventionally, a method has been adopted in which work instructions such as warehousing, warehousing, and inspection are given to workers, and each worker uses an automatic machine at his / her own discretion. Alternatively, the automatic machine was assigned to complete the work only with the automatic machine.
However, in the former case, if the worker uses the automatic machine at his / her own discretion, for example, when the warehousing process and the warehousing process are concentrated, congestion may occur in the movement of the automatic machine. In the latter case, the advantages of the automatic machine cannot be fully utilized and the automatic machine cannot be effectively used.
In the present invention, the cooperative control system controls the operator and the automatic machine separately. Then, the automatic machine is moved so that the work of the worker can be supported at the optimum timing without imposing a load on the worker for controlling the automatic machine. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail for each example.

In the example of FIG. 10A, the automatic machine arrives at the work place and waits before the worker starts the work. The movement route and the movement destination of the automatic machine are set as shown in the automatic machine control data 44 (FIG. 7), set to arrive before the scheduled start time of the work, and transmitted to the automatic machine. By autonomous control, the automatic machine stops at a position close to the worker's work place and waits for the worker to start work.

FIG. 10B is an example of a process in which articles picked up by a plurality of workers are sequentially stacked and transported to a designated moving destination. When a plurality of workers manually pick up a plurality of articles to be loaded on the same truck, one automatic machine can receive and move the plurality of articles in order.
In FIG. 10 (c), when the article picked up by the worker cannot be loaded by one automatic machine, the other automatic machine arrives at the work place at an appropriate timing. Carry additional items on the other automatic machine. Since the two automatic machines are independently controlled, the operator can continue the pick-up work without being conscious of transportation.
As described above, in the present invention, the automatic machine is controlled asynchronously and independently from the work of the operator. Conventionally, the automatic machine is moved according to the request or instruction of the operator, but it is difficult to control the automatic machine as shown in FIGS. 10 (b) and 10 (c) above. Moreover, if the worker is aware of the control of the automatic machine, the efficient operation of the automatic machine cannot be achieved. On the other hand, if the automatic machine is controlled independently and uniformly, the control as shown in FIG. 10B is extremely difficult.
Therefore, the
A delivery vehicle that has carried an item and completed the warehousing process may in turn load another item and depart. In this case as well, the waiting time at the warehouse entrance of the delivery vehicle must be minimized. The allocation optimization means 32 analyzes the
As shown in FIG. 10 above, the operator and the automatic machine are independently controlled, but the automatic machine is controlled so that the worker's work can be performed with maximum efficiency. That is, as shown in FIG. 10A, the automatic machine moves so that the automatic machine arrives at the work place before the scheduled work start time 92 of the worker without any processing such as calling by the worker. Is set.
At this time, if it is necessary to adjust the traffic congestion, the
FIG. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of an automatic machine movement route in a warehouse.
L1 to L28 indicate shelves (inventory locations) for storing goods. A1 to A4 are warehousing areas for receiving warehousing goods, and X1 to X4 are warehousing areas for collecting warehousing goods. The arrows in the figure are the moving directions of the automatic machine, and M1, M2, and M3 are the moving routes of the automatic machine when the goods are moved from the storage area to the storage shelf. Further, N1, N2, and N3 are movement routes of the automatic machine when moving from the storage shelf to the delivery area.
As can be seen in this figure, the movement route of the automatic machine includes a one-way part and a two-way part. There are wide passages and narrow passages. In the example of the figure, the warehousing area and the warehousing area are provided separately, but after receiving the goods, new goods are often loaded in place of the truck, and the warehousing area and the warehousing area may be adjacent to each other. All of these are taken into consideration when selecting the movement route and time of the automatic machine.
When a movement route 78 (movement source, movement destination, and travel route) and start-up start time are specified for an automatic machine, the automatic machine moves by autonomous control. Therefore, for example, if a traffic jam occurs on a designated route, the efficiency of warehouse management is reduced as a whole. Therefore, the allocation optimization means 32 refers to the automatic control schedule data of all the other automatic machines moving on the same movement route and the automatic
In this way, the occurrence of traffic congestion is predicted. When traffic jams occur, the schedule of all work may be out of order. This adjustment function can be added to the existing WCS. Further, this adjustment function can be added to the
