Description
Claims (10)
- シャフト(14)により駆動され、それぞれ異なる出力ギア径(36,38)を有する第1の出力ギア(32)と第2の出力ギア(34)の角度位置の差異(56)に基づいて角度センサ(24)の誤差を識別する方法であって、
前記第1の出力ギア(32)の角度位置(42)に基づいて、前記シャフト(14)の角度位置(18)に対する基準値(18,52)を特定する工程と、
前記第2の出力ギア(34)の角度位置(46)、および前記第1の出力ギア(32)と前記第2の出力ギア(34)との間の伝達比(90)に基づいて、前記シャフト(14)の角度位置(18)に対する比較値(18’,52’)を特定する工程と、
前記基準値(18,52)と前記比較値(18’,52’)との比較(93,94)が所定の条件(95)を満たすとき、誤差を識別する、方法。 - 前記基準値(18,52)を特定するために、前記角度位置の前記差異(56)に基づいて特定された前記第1の出力ギア(32)の回転カウント値に対応する角度(76)と、前記第1の出力ギア(32)の前記角度位置(42)とを加算する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記比較値(18’,52’)を特定するために、前記角度位置の前記差異(56)に基づいて特定された前記第2の出力ギア(34)の回転カウント値に対応する角度(86)と、前記第2の出力ギア(34)の前記角度位置(46)との合計(78)に対して、伝達比(90)で重み付けられた量から、重複的な基準値(52’)が求められる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記比較(93,94)は、前記基準値(18,52)と前記比較値(18’,52’)との差異(92)を求めることを含み、
前記所定の条件(95)は、前記差異(92)が所定の範囲にある値であるか否かを満たすことである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 求められた前記差異(92)をメモリ(97)に記憶する工程を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記差異(92)は、前記メモリ(97)に記憶されていた差異(92’)が前記差異(92)より小さい場合のみ記憶される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記出力ギア(32,34)の前記角度位置(42,46)は、磁気抵抗センサ(40,44)を用いて検出され、
前記角度センサ(24)の前記誤差(96)は、磁気抵抗センサ(40,44)の出力信号の直交性に基づいて識別され、
前記出力信号は、前記角度位置(42,46)を示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように設計された制御デバイス(58)。
- シャフト(14)により駆動される第1の出力ギア(32)と第2の出力ギア(34)の角度位置の差異(56)に基づいて、前記シャフト(14)の前記角度位置(42,46)を特定するための角度センサ(24)であって、
それぞれ異なる出力ギア径(36,38)を有する前記第1の出力ギア(32)および前記第2の出力ギア(34)と、
