Claims (10)
- 第1動力源と、第2動力源と、前記第1動力源に連結された第1回転軸と、前記第2動力源に連結された第2回転軸と、前記第1回転軸の軸方向一端側にて前記第1回転軸に連結されたポンプギヤを有して前記第1動力源によって駆動されるオイルポンプと、少なくとも前記第1回転軸の軸方向一端側が開口された、前記第2動力源を収容するケースと、前記ケースの開口された部分を塞ぐように設けられたケースカバーとを備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記ケースカバーは、前記第1回転軸の外部空間における周回りに形成された、前記軸方向と平行に前記ケース側へ突出する円筒形状の壁部を有しており、
前記オイルポンプは、前記壁部の径方向内側の空間内に配置された、前記ケースカバーとは別体のポンプカバーと、前記ケースカバーのうちの前記壁部の底部となる部分と前記ポンプカバーとの間であって前記壁部の径方向内側の空間内に形成された、前記ポンプギヤを収容するポンプ室とを有しており、
前記壁部は、前記ポンプカバーに対して前記第1回転軸の軸方向他端側に設けられて、軸受けが嵌め込まれていると共に前記軸受けを介して回転可能に前記第2回転軸を支持する支持部を含んでいることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記壁部は、径方向内側の空間内に前記ポンプ室が形成された第1内周面と、前記第1内周面に対して前記第1回転軸の軸方向他端側で前記第1内周面の隣に設けられ且つ前記第1内周面よりも大径であって、径方向内側の空間内に前記ポンプカバーを収容する第2内周面とが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記軸受けの外周面が嵌め込まれた、前記壁部の第3内周面であり、
前記第2内周面は、前記第3内周面よりも小径であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ポンプカバーは、前記第1内周面と前記第2内周面とで径方向の大きさが相違することによる前記壁部の段差部分にボルトによって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記軸受けの外周面が嵌め込まれた、前記壁部の第3内周面であり、
前記ポンプカバーは、前記軸受けが前記第3内周面に嵌め込まれることで前記第1内周面と前記第2内周面とで径方向の大きさが相違することによる前記壁部の段差部分に押し付けられることによって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記ポンプカバーは、前記壁部の内周面に嵌め込まれることによって固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記ケースカバーは、前記オイルポンプの吸入側に連通するように形成された、前記オイルポンプが吸入するオイルを流通させる吸入油路と、前記オイルポンプの吐出側に連通するように形成された、前記オイルポンプが吐出するオイルを流通させる吐出油路とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第2動力源は、回転機であり、
前記第2回転軸は、前記回転機のロータ軸であることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - エンジンと、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構と、前記電気式変速機構の出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機とを更に備えており、
前記第1動力源は、前記エンジンであり、
前記第2動力源は、前記第1回転軸と同軸心上に配置された前記第1回転機であり、
前記第2回転軸は、前記第1回転機のロータ軸であり、
前記第2回転機は、前記第1回転軸とは別の軸心上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。 - エンジンと、前記エンジンが動力伝達可能に連結された差動機構と前記差動機構に動力伝達可能に連結された第1回転機とを有して前記第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記差動機構の差動状態が制御される電気式変速機構と、前記電気式変速機構の出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機とを更に備えており、
前記第1動力源は、前記エンジンであり、
前記第2動力源は、前記第1回転軸と同軸心上に配置された、前記第1回転機及び前記第2回転機のうちの何れか一方の回転機であり、
前記第2回転軸は、前記何れか一方の回転機のロータ軸であることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の車両用駆動装置。
