Claims (2)
- ナノメートル寸法を有する炭素粒子が部分的に結合された、微小間隙を有する多孔質でバルク状の炭素部材と、
前記炭素部材の前記微小間隙に存在するAg,Cu,Ga,Ge,Hg,In,Ir,Pb,Pt,Rh,Sb,Sn,Zn、または、これらのうちの少なくとも一つを成分とする合金とを
含むことを特徴とする炭素複合材料。 - ナノメートル寸法を有する炭素粒子が部分的に結合された、微小間隙を有する多孔質でバルク状の炭素部材と、
前記炭素部材の前記微小間隙に存在するAg,CuまたはZnとを
含むことを特徴とする炭素複合材料。
