Description
以下、第1実施形態について図を参照して説明する。本実施形態に係る圧力温度センサは、測定媒体の圧力及び温度の両方を検出可能に構成されたものである。圧力温度センサは配管に固定され、配管内の測定媒体の圧力及び温度を検出する。測定媒体は、例えば、自動車で用いられる冷媒である。測定媒体は、他に、エンジンオイルやトランスミッションオイル等の潤滑油、ガス等がある。
本実施形態では、第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。図12に示されるように、導入部170は平面状のテーパ面180を有する。羽175の羽面174と底部172の固定面177とは、テーパ面180で接続されている。これにより、隣同士の羽175によって構成される鋭角部分に進入する測定媒体をテーパ面180に沿わせてセンサチップ150側に移動させやすくすることができる。
上記各実施形態で示された圧力温度センサ100の構成は一例であり、上記で示した構成に限定されることなく、本発明を実現できる他の構成とすることもできる。例えば、各羽175は周方向に等角度に配置されずに、周方向に不等角度で配置されても良い。

Claims (9)
- 測定媒体の圧力を検出する圧力検出部(152)と、前記測定媒体の温度を検出する温度検出部(152)と、を有するセンサ部(150)と、
管部(113)を有し、前記センサ部が前記管部の内部に位置するように前記センサ部を保持し、前記管部が取付対象である配管(200)に固定される保持部(110、120、130)と、
前記センサ部よりも前記配管の内部側に位置するように前記保持部に設けられ、前記管部が前記配管に固定されることで前記配管の内部に配置される導入部(170)と、
を含み、
前記導入部は、前記センサ部に対する前記導入部の突出方向に沿った羽面(174)を有する複数の羽(175)を含み、
前記複数の羽は、前記突出方向に垂直な垂直面において放射状に配置されると共に、隣同士の羽の羽面の成す角が全て鋭角である圧力温度センサ。 - 前記複数の羽は、5枚以上の羽である請求項1に記載の圧力温度センサ。
- 前記複数の羽は、6枚の羽である請求項1に記載の圧力温度センサ。
- 前記複数の羽は、8枚の羽である請求項1に記載の圧力温度センサ。
- 前記導入部は、前記複数の羽のうち前記突出方向において前記センサ部側とは反対側を固定する底部(172)を含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の圧力温度センサ。
- 前記底部は、前記複数の羽を固定する固定面(177)を有し、
前記羽面と前記固定面とは、平面状のテーパ面(180)で接続されている、あるいは、前記羽面と前記固定面との接続角部側に凹んだ湾曲面(181)で接続されている請求項5に記載の圧力温度センサ。 - 前記導入部は、前記保持部の一部である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の圧力温度センサ。
- 前記センサ部のうち前記圧力検出部及び前記温度検出部に対応する部分が露出するように、前記センサ部を固定したモールド樹脂部(140)を含み、
前記圧力検出部は、前記測定媒体の圧力に応じて抵抗値が変化するピエゾ抵抗素子(152)を含み、
前記温度検出部は、前記測定媒体の温度に応じて抵抗値が変化するピエゾ抵抗素子(152)を含む請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の圧力温度センサ。 - 前記測定媒体は、ガスである請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の圧力温度センサ。
