Description
以下、本発明に係る制御装置を車両に搭載した第1実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
次に、メモリ61に記憶されている第1設定情報について説明する。
η=Trqr×Nm×回転電機の機械効率/(VDC×IDC) … (1)
なお、上記式(1)において、回転電機30のトルクTrqrをトルク指令値Trq*から取得するものであってもよい。
次に、メモリ61に記憶されている第1,第2設定情報を用いたトルク制御を、図9を用いて説明する。図9に示す処理は、制御装置60により所定周期で繰り返し実施される。
・第1設定情報に記憶されている各指令値Id*,Iq*,If*は、トルク指令値Trq*のみに対応付けて記憶されていてもよい。同様に、第2設定情報に記憶されている各指令値δ*,Mr*は、トルク指令値Trq*のみに対応付けて記憶されていてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 回転子に設けられた界磁巻線(32)及び固定子に設けられた電機子巻線(34U,34V,34W)を備え、交流電力により駆動する回転電機(30)と、前記回転電機に交流電力を供給する電力変換器(40)と、を備える制御システムに適用される回転電機の制御装置において、
前記電機子巻線に流れる電流又は前記電機子巻線に印加される電圧の指令値である電機子側指令値と界磁電流指令値との組み合わせと、トルク指令値を含む駆動情報とを関係付けた情報であって、前記回転電機のトルクをトルク指令値に制御するための設定情報を記憶している記憶部(61)と、
前記駆動情報を取得する駆動情報取得部と、
前記駆動情報取得部により取得された前記駆動情報と、前記記憶部に記憶されている前記設定情報とに基づいて、取得された前記駆動情報に対応する前記界磁電流指令値及び前記電機子側指令値を設定する指令値設定部と、
前記界磁巻線に流れる界磁電流を、設定された前記界磁電流指令値に制御する界磁制御部と、
前記電機子巻線に流れる電流又は前記電機子巻線に印加される電圧を、設定された前記電機子側指令値に制御する電機子制御部と、を備える回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記設定情報は、前記回転電機のトルクが前記トルク指令値とされる場合に取り得る前記界磁電流指令値及び前記電機子側指令値の組み合わせのうち、前記回転電機を駆動させる際の効率が最大となる前記界磁電流指令値及び前記電機子側指令値の組み合わせと、前記駆動情報とを関係付けた情報である請求項1に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記電機子巻線は3相巻線であり、
前記電機子制御部は、前記電機子巻線に流れる各相電流を、3相固定座標系の値から2相回転座標系のd軸電流とq軸電流とに変換し、前記駆動情報に基づいて前記d軸電流及び前記q軸電流を調整することで、前記回転電機のトルクを前記トルク指令値に制御し、
前記電機子側指令値は、前記d軸電流及び前記q軸電流を、前記トルク指令値に応じた値に調整する電流指令値の組み合わせである請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記設定情報には、前記界磁電流が大きいほど、前記d軸電流と前記q軸電流とから定まる電流位相が単調変化するように、前記界磁電流指令値、及び前記電機子側指令値が組み合わされている請求項3に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
- 前記電力変換器は、上アームスイッチ(SUp,SVp,SWp)、及び該上アームスイッチに直列接続された下アームスイッチ(SUn,SVn,SWn)を有し、
前記電機子制御部は、前記回転電機の1電気角周期において、前記上アームスイッチのオン操作期間と前記下アームスイッチのオン操作期間とが1回ずつとされる矩形波制御により前記電力変換器を操作し、
前記電機子側指令値は、前記電力変換器を前記矩形波制御で操作するための前記電力変換器の出力電圧の電圧位相を定める指令値である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機の制御装置。 - 前記設定情報には、前記界磁電流が大きいほど、前記電圧位相が単調変化するように、前記界磁電流指令値、及び前記電機子側指令値が組み合わされている請求項5に記載の回転電機の制御装置。
