Claims (6)
- 1.5mm厚さの塩素化ポリエチレンゴムからなる内側チューブと、繊維補強材及び外側被覆を備え、
前記補強材が、840/2デニールヤーンの複数のナイロンヤーンのみからなる第1の編組層と、1500/2デニールヤーンの複数のポリエステルヤーンのみからなる第2の編組層とを備え、
前記第2の編組層が、前記第1の編組層に対して相対的に外側の層であり、前記編組層がそれらの間に厚さ0.25〜0.5mmの塩素化ポリエチレンからなるゴム層を有し、
前記編組層各々が2オーバー2アンダーパターンの4エンドで編組され、
前記編組層の各々の螺旋角度が、約54°の中立角度であり、
前記編組層の各々による被覆率が、約50%〜約100%の範囲であり、
前記ナイロンヤーンが、少なくとも約17%の破断伸びを有し、かつ前記ポリエステルヤーンの破断伸びより約4%伸びが高い破断伸びを有し、
15.5MPaの内部圧力で、約22%〜約30%の範囲の容積拡張を有するとともに、少なくとも62MPaの破裂圧力を有する
ことを特徴とする拡張ホース。 - 前記外側被覆が塩素化ポリエチレンゴムからなるとともに、外径が約23.5mm、内径が約12.7mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記ナイロンヤーンおよび前記ポリエステルヤーンが、1〜5回/インチの撚りであることを特徴とする請求項1または2の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記ゴム層が、前記第1および第2の編組層を互いに結合、又は接着することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 前記繊維補強材が実質的に接着処理によって含浸されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホース。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の拡張ホースと、少なくとも1つの接続具、連結具、ブラケット、ホースクランプ、又は他のホースを備えることを特徴とするホース組立品。
