Claims (12)
- 燃料電池セルまたはバッテリが収容されているロアケースと、
開口部が前記ロアケースの内側と連結しているとともに、内側に電子部品を搭載した基板が取り付けられているアッパーケースと、
を備えており、
前記アッパーケースの側板と前記基板との間に、前記アッパーケースの天板から延びている壁が設けられている、電源ユニット。 - 前記基板に対して前記壁とは反対側にリアクトルが配置されている、請求項1に記載の電源ユニット。
- 前記基板と前記リアクトルの間で前記天板に、前記リアクトルから延びている導体を接続する端子台が取り付けられている、請求項2に記載の電源ユニット。
- 前記リアクトルは、前記天板に取り付けられており、前記アッパーケースの前記側板に、前記リアクトルから延びているケーブルが留められている、請求項2または3に記載の電源ユニット。
- 前記壁が前記アッパーケースと一体に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源ユニット。
- 前記壁は、樹脂製のシート状部材で形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電源ユニット。
- 電源ユニットの製造方法であり、
前記電源ユニットは、
燃料電池セルまたはバッテリが収容されているロアケースと、
開口部が前記ロアケースの内側と連結しているとともに、内側に電子部品を搭載した基板が取り付けられているアッパーケースと、
前記アッパーケースの天板から延びており、前記アッパーケースの側板と前記基板との間に位置している壁と、を備えており、
前記製造方法は、
前記アッパーケースを、前記内側を上にした姿勢に保持し、前記アッパーケースに前記基板を取り付ける組付工程と、
前記壁が前記基板の上に位置する状態を経て、前記アッパーケースの上下を反転させる反転工程と、
前記アッパーケースを前記ロアケースに連結する連結工程と、
を備えている、電源ユニットの製造方法。 - 前記基板に対して前記壁とは反対側にリアクトルが配置されている、請求項7に記載の製造方法。
- 前記基板と前記リアクトルの間で前記天板に、前記リアクトルから延びている導体を接続する端子台が取り付けられている、請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記リアクトルは、前記天板に取り付けられており、前記アッパーケースの前記側板に、前記リアクトルから延びているケーブルが留められている、請求項8または9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記壁が前記アッパーケースと一体に形成されている、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記壁は、樹脂製のシート状部材で形成されている、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
