Description
[1]β−グルカンと豆類抽出物とを有効成分として含有し、トロンボスポンジン1遺伝子発現亢進のために用いられることを特徴とする組成物。
[2]前記β−グルカンは、酵母、茸、及び海藻からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の生物由来のものである、上記[1]記載の組成物。
[3]前記酵母としてはアウレオバシジウム属(Aureobasidium sp.)に属する微生物であり、前記茸としてはシイタケ又はマイタケであり、前記海藻としては昆布である、上記[2]記載の組成物。
[4]抗がん、血管新生阻害、創傷治癒、皮膚の老化防止、糖尿病性網膜症の治療もしくはその症状の改善、又はアテローム性動脈硬化症の治療もしくはその症状の改善のために用いられる、上記[1]〜[3]のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
[5]食品用、医薬用、又は動物食餌用である、上記[1]〜[4]のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
[6]β−グルカン及び豆類抽出物の、トロンボスポンジン1遺伝子発現亢進のために用いられる組成物の製造のための使用。
[7]前記β−グルカンは、酵母、茸、及び海藻からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の生物由来のものである、上記[6]記載の使用。
[8]前記酵母としてはアウレオバシジウム属(Aureobasidium sp.)に属する微生物であり、前記茸としてはシイタケ又はマイタケであり、前記海藻としては昆布である、上記[7]記載の使用。
[9]前記組成物は、抗がん、血管新生阻害、創傷治癒、皮膚の老化防止、糖尿病性網膜症の治療もしくはその症状の改善、又はアテローム性動脈硬化症の治療もしくはその症状の改善のために用いられる組成物である、上記[6]〜[8]のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
[10]前記組成物は、食品用、医薬用、又は動物食餌用である、上記[6]〜[9]のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
超純水に対して質量比で10%に相当する黒千石大豆を加え、2気圧、121℃、20分間加熱後、不溶物および油分を除去し、黒千石大豆熱水抽出物とした。
(2)米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(3)黒千石大豆を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(4)黒千石大豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)+米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
超純水に対して質量比で10%に相当する黒千石大豆、大豆、小豆、又は白花豆を加え、2気圧、121℃、20分間加熱後、不溶物および油分を除去し、各種豆類の熱水抽出物を調製した。
(2)米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(3)黒千石大豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)
(4)黒千石大豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)+米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(5)大豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)
(6)大豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)+米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(7)小豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)
(8)小豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)+米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)
(9)白花豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)
(10)白花豆の熱水抽出物(20倍希釈)+米糠を窒素源として製造したアウレオバシジウム培養液(β-グルカン濃度に換算して100μg/ml)

Claims (10)
- β−グルカンと豆類の熱水抽出物とを有効成分として含有し、トロンボスポンジン1遺伝子の発現亢進のために用いられることを特徴とする組成物(抗がんのために用いられるものを除く)。
- 前記β−グルカンは、酵母、茸、及び海藻からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の生物由来のものである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記酵母としてはアウレオバシジウム属(Aureobasidium sp.)に属する微生物であり、前記茸としてはシイタケ又はマイタケであり、前記海藻としては昆布である、請求項2記載の組成物。
- 血管新生阻害、創傷治癒、皮膚の老化防止、糖尿病性網膜症の治療もしくはその症状の改善、又はアテローム性動脈硬化症の治療もしくはその症状の改善のために用いられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
- 食品用、医薬用、又は動物食餌用である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の組成物。
- β−グルカンと豆類の熱水抽出物との、トロンボスポンジン1遺伝子の発現亢進のために用いられる組成物(抗がんのために用いられるものを除く)の製造のための使用。
- 前記β−グルカンは、酵母、茸、及び海藻からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の生物由来のものである、請求項6記載の使用。
- 前記酵母としてはアウレオバシジウム属(Aureobasidium sp.)に属する微生物であり、前記茸としてはシイタケ又はマイタケであり、前記海藻としては昆布である、請求項7記載の使用。
- 前記組成物は、血管新生阻害、創傷治癒、皮膚の老化防止、糖尿病性網膜症の治療もしくはその症状の改善、又はアテローム性動脈硬化症の治療もしくはその症状の改善のために用いられる組成物である、請求項6〜8のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
- 前記組成物は、食品用、医薬用、又は動物食餌用である、請求項6〜9のいずれか1つに記載の使用。
