Claims (5)
- 電磁石と、
可動接点を有する可動ばねと、
前記可動ばねの一端が固定された可動端子と、
前記可動接点と対向する固定接点を有する固定端子と、
前記電磁石の励磁により回動し、前記可動ばねを回動させ、前記可動接点を前記固定接点に接離させる駆動部と、
前記駆動部に装着される非磁性体のカードと、
前記可動接点及び前記固定接点を挟み込み、前記可動接点及び前記固定接点に磁束を印加し、アークを引き延ばす方向に対して垂直な位置に配置された複数の磁性部材と、
前記複数の磁性部材の間に、前記アークを引き延ばす方向に対して平行に装着された永久磁石と
を備えることを特徴とする電磁継電器。 - 前記固定端子は前記可動ばねよりも大きい熱容量を有し、電流は前記可動接点から前記固定接点に流れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記可動ばねと空間を介して並んで配置され、前記可動ばねよりも高い導電率を有する平編線を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記電磁石、前記可動ばね、前記可動端子、前記固定端子、前記駆動部及び前記カードを内蔵するケースと、
前記複数の磁性部材及び前記永久磁石と、前記ケースとを覆う第1カバー及び第2カバーと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記第1カバーは、当該第1カバーを前記ケースに固定する接着剤を充填するための貫通孔と、前記第2カバーを固定し、接着剤を充填するための切り込み部とを有し、
前記第2カバーは、当該第2カバーを前記ケースに固定する接着剤を充填するための凹部を有し、
前記凹部は、上面視で前記第1カバー及び前記ケースと重ならないように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁継電器。
