特許文献1においては、複数台の射出成形機を管理する管理システムのディスプレイ装置において各射出成形機の管理状況を表すために表示される複数種類の画面の少なくとも一種類の画面を、通信ネットワークを介して通信端末装置に取り込んで付属のディスプレイ装置において表示することにより各射出成形機の運転状況を監視可能にする。複数種類の画面の1つは、各射出成形機の稼働状況を、画面分割形式にてすべての号機についてリアルタイムで一括して少なくとも1画面に表示する運転状況画面であり、通信端末装置では運転状況画面を表示可能であって、しかも、分割表示されている各号機の特定箇所をクリックすることで該当する号機のみの稼働状況を詳細に表す画面をも表示可能にされている。
左右の金型M1、M2が互いに合わされた状態で、プラテン4a、4bの間に吊り下げ搬送され、クランプ装置6a、6bにより夫々のプラテン4a、4bに固定される。
同図において、クランプ装置100は、ハウジング102の底面にプラテン4a(若しくは4b)のT溝に対して摺動するT脚101を有している。クランプロッド103は、ハウジング102のガイド孔104から斜め下側に進退することにより、プラテン4a(若しくは4b)上に配置した金型M1(若しくはM2)を押圧し固定する。ハウジング102の横には、プラテン4a(若しくは4b)にベース105を介して固定される空気圧シリンダ106が設けられている。
図3Cのアンクランプからクランプへ遷移する場合、外ピストンの前側(図3C中の左側)のリリース室から圧油を排出すると共に、内ピストン113cの後ろ側(図3C中の右側)のロック室に圧油を供給する(図3C、矢印P1)。ロック室内の油圧力により、クランプロッド103が金型M1(若しくはM2)をプラテン4a(若しくは4b)にクランプされる。一方、外ピストン110がコレット111を受圧面103dに楔係合させて、クランプロッド103をガイド孔104に対して強力に押圧する。
表1は、射出成形機1の電源初期状態におけるPテーブル26に保有されるメッセージの内容である。電源初期状態においては、射出成形機1は金型交換モードとなっている。
二桁目と一桁目は、各エラーの場所を示している。
分類Uにおいては、二桁目は、エラーを検出した電流センサ45が固定プラテン4b又は可動プラテン4aに存在するものであるかもしくは電流検出器48であるかを示している。一桁目は電流センサ45に割り当てられた固有の番号である。二桁目の「S」は固定プラテン4b側の電流センサ45であることを示す。二桁目の「M」は可動プラテン4a側の電流センサ45であることを示す。二桁目の「E」は電流検出器48であることを示している。電流検出器48はマグネットクランプ200に1つであるので、一桁目は「1」である。

Claims (2)
- 金型に近接したかを検出する進出位置検出用の状態検出スイッチ、金型から限界位置まで離れたかを検出する後退位置検出用の状態検出スイッチ、クランプ装置の出力部材が金型をロックしたことを検出する状態検出スイッチ、出力部材が金型をリリースしたか否かを検出する状態検出スイッチ、クランプロッドをロック動作させる油圧が閾値を超えているか否かを検出する状態検出スイッチ、クランプロッドをリリース動作させる油圧が閾値を超えているか否かを検出する状態検出スイッチのいずれかの状態検出スイッチの内、少なくとも2種類の状態検出スイッチを実装するクランプがプラテンに搭載された金型取扱装置のリモート診断システムにおいて、
前記クランプ装置に実装された状態検出スイッチのON/OFF状態を、金型取扱装置本体が金型交換モードとなっているか否かついての情報(本体の状況)、前記クランプ装置がクランプ状態かアンクランプ状態か、それ以外の状態かについての情報(クランプ状況)、および時間情報とともに記憶する本体側メモリと、近距離無線通信もしくは有線通信可能な本体側通信部とを有する制御部と、
金型取扱装置本体が金型交換モードとなっているか否か、前記クランプ装置がクランプ状態かアンクランプ状態か、それ以外の状態かの夫々の場合について、前記クランプ装置に実装された状態検出スイッチのON/OFF状態の全ての組み合わせに対して、障害を診断するメッセージを記憶する端末側メモリと、無線通信もしくは有線通信により本体側メモリから本体の状況及びクランプ状況に対する状態スイッチのON/OFF状態の履歴を読み出す端末側通信部と、当該読み出した履歴に対応するメッセージを携帯側メモリから取得して表示部に表示する端末装置とを有するリモート診断システム。 - マグネットクランプ表面に設けられ金型との近接/離隔状態を検出する近接センサ、マグネットクランプに設けられた複数のマグネットブロック対応に夫々設けられ着磁コイルの電流を検出する電流センサ、吸着力を検出するセンサコイル、及び複数のマグネットブロックを駆動する電流を測定する電流検出器を実装するマグネットクランプがプラテンに搭載された金型取扱装置のリモート診断システムにおいて、
前記センサコイル、電流検出器、センサコイルの検出値に基づいてロック命令時及びリリース命令時の夫々についてリリース完了及びロック完了が正常であるか異常であるかの正常/異常状態を求め、金型取扱装置本体が金型交換モードとなっているか否かについての本体の状況、前記マグネットクランプがクランプ状態かアンクランプ状態か、それ以外の状態かについての情報、および時間情報とともに記憶する本体側メモリを有する制御部と、
前記金型取扱装置本体の状況、前記マグネットクランプ装置がクランプ状態かアンクランプ状態かについての情報、それ以外の状態かの夫々の場合について、前記正常/異常状態および前記近接センサの近接/離隔状態の全ての組み合わせに対して、障害を診断するメッセージを記憶する端末側メモリと、無線通信もしくは有線通信により本体側メモリから前記本体の状況、前記正常/異常状態および前記近接/離隔状態の履歴を読み出す端末側通信部と、当該読み出した履歴に対応するメッセージを端末側メモリから取得して表示する表示部とを有する端末装置を備えたリモート診断システム。
