Claims (4)
- 映像を被投影面に投影する投影レンズにおいて、
レンズ基板と、
前記レンズ基板の表面に形成された少なくとも8層で構成される反射防止膜を有し、
前記反射防止膜は、空気側から数えて第1層の材料がMgF2であり、第2層、第4層、第6層及び第8層の屈折率が2.0〜2.3であり、第3層、第5層及び第7層の材料がSiO2であり、設計主波長λ0=550nmにおける前記レンズ基板の屈折率nsに対する前記第1層〜前記第8層の1/4波長光学膜厚Q1〜Q8が下記式(1)〜式(8)を満たすことを特徴とする投影レンズ。

式(2) Q2=0.09×ns+A2(1.64≦A2≦1.79)
式(3) Q3=0.10×ns+A3(1.65≦A3≦1.90)

- 前記反射防止膜は、430nm〜670nmの波長域の光の最大反射率が0.2%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の投影レンズ。
- 屈折率nsに関する下記式(9)〜式(13)を満たす5種類に分類される硝材のうち3種類以上の硝材が、前記レンズ基板として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の投影レンズ。
