Description
本出願は、米国仮特許出願第62/111,235号(2015年2月3日に出願)及び第62/212,665号(2015年9月1日に出願)に対する優先権を主張するものであり、これらの両方はその全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
太陽光制御コーティングは、電磁放射線の選択された範囲、典型的には、電磁スペクトルの赤外領域及び/又は紫外領域の放射線を遮断又はフィルタリングする。これらのコーティングは、窓などの透明体を通って建物に入る太陽エネルギーの量を減らし、建物内の熱蓄積を減少させる。SHGC、すなわち、透明体を介して建物に入る太陽からの熱の割合は、透明体が太陽熱をいかにうまく遮るかの尺度である。
亜鉛/スズ合金酸化物は、亜鉛及びスズのカソードからのマグネトロンスパッタリング真空堆積から得られるものであり得る。カソードは、亜鉛及びスズを、5重量%〜95重量%の亜鉛と95重量%〜5重量%のスズの割合で、例えば、10重量%〜90重量%の亜鉛と90重量%〜10重量%のスズの割合で、含むことができる。しかし、亜鉛とスズとの他の割合も使用することができる。第1フィルム42の例示的な金属合金酸化物は、ZnxSn1−xO2−x(式1)と記載することができ、「x」は、0より大きく1未満の範囲で変化する。例えば、「x」は0より大きくてもよく、0より大きく1未満の任意の分数又は小数であってもよい。式1の化学量論的形態は、「Zn2SnO4」であり、一般にスズ酸亜鉛と呼ばれる。スズ酸亜鉛層は、酸素の存在下で、52重量%の亜鉛及び48重量%のスズを有するカソードからスパッタ堆積させることができる。例えば、第1フィルム42は、スズ酸亜鉛を含むことができる。

Claims (19)
- 太陽光制御コーティングであって、
第1位相調整層;
第1位相調整層上に位置する第1金属機能層であって、銀を含む第1金属機能層;
第1金属機能層上に位置する任意の第1プライマー層;
第1金属機能層上に位置する第2位相調整層;
第2位相調整層上に位置する第2金属機能層であって、銀を含む第2金属機能層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する任意の第2プライマー層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する第3位相調整層;
第3位相調整層上に位置する第3金属機能層であって、銀を含む第3金属機能層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する任意の第3プライマー層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する第4位相調整層;
第4位相調整層上に位置する第4金属機能層であって、銀を含む第4金属機能層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第4プライマー層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第5位相調整層;及び
任意の第5位相調整層上に位置する任意の保護層を備え、
第2金属機能層は、10nmから20nmの範囲の厚さを有する連続層であり、
第3金属機能層は、0.2nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層であり、
第4金属機能層は、5nmから30nmの範囲の厚さを有する連続層、又は1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層のうちの1つであり、
太陽光制御コーティングは、64%以下の視感透過率の基準IGU(断熱ガラスユニット)値、及び0.5以下のSHGC(太陽熱利得係数)を提供する、
上記太陽光制御コーティング。 - 第1位相調整層が、45nmから75nmの範囲の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 第2位相調整層が、100nmから150nmの範囲の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1又2に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 第3位相調整層が、57nmから87nmの範囲の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 第4位相調整層が、55nmから86nmの範囲の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 第1金属機能層が、連続層であり、10nmから15nmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 第3金属機能層が、0.2nmから1nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 任意の第3プライマー層が、0.1nmから2nmの範囲の厚さ又は有効厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 任意の第5位相調整層が、45nmから75nmの範囲の光学的厚さを有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 任意の保護層がチタニアを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 太陽光制御コーティングが、0.24以下の基準IGU SHGC、55%以下の基準IGU 視感透過率、少なくとも1.73の基準IGU LSG比(光透過率と太陽熱利得係数の比)を提供する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の太陽光制御コーティング。
- 太陽光制御コーティングであって、
第1位相調整層;
第1位相調整層上に位置する第1金属機能層であって、銀を含む第1金属機能層;
第1金属機能層上に位置する任意の第1プライマー層;
第1金属機能層上に位置する第2位相調整層;
第2位相調整層上に位置する第2金属機能層であって、銀を含む第2金属機能層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する任意の第2プライマー層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する第3位相調整層;
第3位相調整層上に位置する第3金属機能層であって、銀を含む第3金属機能層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する任意の第3プライマー層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する第4位相調整層;
第4位相調整層上に位置する第4金属機能層であって、銀を含む第4金属機能層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第4プライマー層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第5位相調整層;及び
任意の第5位相調整層上に位置する任意の保護層を備え、
第2金属機能層は、1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層であり、
第3金属機能層は、8nmから20nmの範囲の厚さを有する連続層であり、
第4金属機能層は、5nmから30nmの範囲の厚さを有する連続層、又は1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層のうちの1つであり、
太陽光制御コーティングは、64%以下の視感透過率の基準IGU(断熱ガラスユニット)値、及び0.5以下のSHGC(太陽熱利得係数)を提供する、

第1金属機能層上に位置する任意の第1プライマー層;
第1金属機能層上に位置する第2位相調整層;
第2位相調整層上に位置する第2金属機能層であって、銀を含む第2金属機能層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する任意の第2プライマー層;
第2金属機能層上に位置する第3位相調整層;
第3位相調整層上に位置する第3金属機能層であって、銀を含む第3金属機能層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する任意の第3プライマー層;
第3金属機能層上に位置する第4位相調整層;
第4位相調整層上に位置する第4金属機能層であって、銀を含む第4金属機能層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第4プライマー層;
第4金属機能層上に位置する任意の第5位相調整層;及び
任意の第5位相調整層上に位置する任意の保護層を備え、
第1金属機能層が1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層であるか又は第4金属機能層が1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層であり、
第1金属機能層と第4金属機能層が両方とも、1nmから5nmの範囲の有効厚さを有する亜臨界層でありえることはなく、
太陽光制御コーティングは、64%以下の視感透過率の基準IGU(断熱ガラスユニット)値、及び0.5以下のSHGC(太陽熱利得係数)を提供する、
