Description
本明細書において、前記紅参は、乾かしていない朝鮮人参である水参を蒸してから乾燥した朝鮮人参のことを意味していてよい。
生の朝鮮人参(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)の実を収穫して種子を分離し除去してから朝鮮人参の実の果汁、果肉、および果皮を混合して朝鮮人参の実原料を製造した。このように製造された朝鮮人参の実原料1kgにエタノール3Lを加え、常温で4時間抽出してからろ過した後、45℃で650mmHgに減圧濃縮して朝鮮人参の実抽出物30gを得た。
朝鮮人参の実の代わりに朝鮮人参の根を用いて、実施例1と同法にて朝鮮人参の根抽出物を製造した。
前記実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物および比較例1で得られた朝鮮人参の根抽出物のそれぞれにエーテル(ether)処理を施して脂溶性成分を除去した後、ブタノール(BuOH)を加えてこれを濃縮させた。濃縮物に対し、HPLCを利用して抽出物中のジンセノサイド成分の分析を実施し、その結果を下表1に表した。
前記実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物および比較例1で得られた朝鮮人参の根抽出物のそれぞれに対し、ビタミンをはじめとするミネラル成分の分析を実施した。このような分析は、実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物が朝鮮人参(根の部分)とは異なる「果実」としての特徴を有するという点を区別するために実施され、韓国の食品公典(Food Code)に記載されたビタミンおよびミネラル分析方法によって行われた。
前記実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物中のアントシアニジン成分の定量分析をした。
実験のために実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物を50質量%で含有する700mgの錠剤を製造した(微結晶セルロース35質量%、HPMC15質量%)。このとき、テーブルトップ(table top)単発打錠機(ERWEKA、ドイツ)を利用して打錠を行った。
紅参の根(4年根)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、紅参抽出物300gを得た。
(1)拱辰丹の製造方法
1)トウキ抽出物
トウキ(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、トウキ抽出物300gを得た。
2)サンシュユ抽出物
サンシュユ(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、サンシュユ抽出物300gを得た。
3)鹿茸抽出物
鹿茸乾燥物(ロシア産)の300gをそのまま破砕して300gを得た。
4)大茴香抽出物
大茴香の乾燥物(中国産)1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、大茴香抽出物300gを得た。
1)ナツメ抽出物
ナツメ(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、ナツメ抽出物300gを得た。
2)ハッカ抽出物
ハッカ(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、ハッカ抽出物300gを得た。
3)熟地黄抽出物
熟地黄(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、熟地黄抽出物300gを得た。
4)シナモン抽出物
シナモン(韓国産)の乾燥物1kgにエタノール3Lを加えて常温で4時間抽出してから、ろ過した後、45℃、650mmHgで減圧濃縮して、シナモン抽出物300gを得た。
実施例1で得られた朝鮮人参の実抽出物に含まれたジンセノサイドReと類似した水準のジンセノサイドReだけを有する錠剤を製造した。ジンセノサイドRe60mgとデキストリン290mgを含有する錠剤を製造し、このとき、テーブルトップ(table top)単発打錠機(ERWEKA、ドイツ)を利用して打錠を行った。
当業界では一般にバーンアウト症候群の診断に次の表4を利用している。これはバーンアウト症候群を構成する症状を各要素別に点数化して定量的や相対的に評価する方法であって、1981年にMaslachによって考案されたMBI(Maslach burnout inventory)方法である(http://www.adrenalfatigue.org/burnout-questionnaire参照)。
試験例2と同じ実験群に対して実験を行い前に、「退勤後に自己啓発や運動、個人約束のような余暇活動が円滑でない。」という設問を進めた。設問は試験例2と同様、「0」は該当事項がないことを、「5」に近いほど該当事項に含まれることを説明し、質問ごとに点数を指定させた。実験群に対して実施例3および実施例4−2で製造した製剤を1日2回、1回2錠ずつ2週間摂取させた後、再び同じ設問を行い、それぞれの設問項目別に得られた点数を合算し、30名のそれぞれの点数の合計を平均して、下表7を得た。
朝鮮人参の抽出物に加えて拱辰丹や紅参を一緒に摂取した場合により一層優れた効果を示す理由は、拱辰丹処方の原理である水昇火降によって体のバランスが正常化するためであることを確認することができる。このような事実を確認するために、前記実験例で実施例4−2の錠剤を摂取した人々に対し身体温度の変化を撮影して確認した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物の製造の際に固形分60%以上になるように濃縮して、低温で熟成した後、液状形態の100%エキス製品を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物110mg、パーム油0.8mg、植物性硬化油0.48mg、黄蝋2.4mgおよびレシチン3.6mgを混合し、常法により充填して、軟質カプセルを製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物110mg、紅参抽出物10mg、トウキ抽出物12mg、サンシュユ抽出物12mg、鹿茸抽出物6mg、大茴香抽出物12mg、ナツメ抽出物4mg、ハッカ抽出物0.4mg、熟地黄抽出物4mg、シナモン抽出物0.4mg、パーム油0.8mg、植物性硬化油0.48mg、黄蝋2.4mgおよびレシチン3.6mgを混合し、常法により充填して、軟質カプセルを製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物160mg、葡萄糖200mgおよびデキストリン196mgを混合し、流動層乾燥機を利用して顆粒に造粒した後、糖エステル(sugar ester)7mgを添加し、打錠機で打錠して、錠剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物160mg、紅参抽出物15mg、トウキ抽出物17mg、サンシュユ抽出物17mg、鹿茸抽出物11mg、大茴香抽出物17mg、ナツメ抽出物9mg、ハッカ抽出物0.9mg、熟地黄抽出物9mg、シナモン抽出物0.9mg、葡萄糖200mgおよびデキストリン196mgを混合し、流動層乾燥機を利用して顆粒に造粒した後、糖エステル(sugar ester)7mgを添加し、打錠機で打錠して、錠剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物0.9g、糖0.3g、デンプン1.91gおよびグリセリン0.56gを混合し、製丸機を使用して、丸剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物0.9g、紅参抽出物0.09g、トウキ抽出物0.09g、サンシュユ抽出物0.09g、鹿茸抽出物0.045g、大茴香抽出物0.09g、ナツメ抽出物0.03g、ハッカ抽出物0.003g、熟地黄抽出物0.03g、シナモン抽出物0.003g、糖0.3g、デンプン1.91gおよびグリセリン0.56gを混合し、製丸機を使用して、丸剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物160mg、葡萄糖200mgおよびデキストリン196mgを混合し、流動層乾燥機を利用して顆粒に造粒した後、包みに充填して、顆粒剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物160mg、紅参抽出物10mg、トウキ抽出物12mg、サンシュユ抽出物12mg、鹿茸抽出物6mg、大茴香抽出物12mg、ナツメ抽出物4mg、ハッカ抽出物0.4mg、熟地黄抽出物4mg、シナモン抽出物0.4mg、葡萄糖200mgおよびデキストリン196mgを混合し、流動層乾燥機を利用して顆粒に造粒した後、包みに充填して、顆粒剤を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物110mg、葡萄糖10gおよびクエン酸2gを混合した後に精製水188gを加え、各ビンに200mlずつ充填した。ビンに充填してから90℃で2〜3時間殺菌して、飲料を製造した。
実施例1の朝鮮人参の実抽出物110mg、紅参抽出物10mg、トウキ抽出物12mg、サンシュユ抽出物12mg、鹿茸抽出物6mg、大茴香抽出物12mg、ナツメ抽出物4mg、ハッカ抽出物0.4mg、熟地黄抽出物4mg、シナモン抽出物0.4mg、葡萄糖10gおよびクエン酸2gを混合した後に精製水188gを加え、各ビンに200mlずつ充填した。ビンに充填してから90℃で2〜3時間殺菌して、飲料を製造した。
Claims (17)
- 朝鮮人参の実抽出物、紅参抽出物、トウキ抽出物、サンシュユ抽出物、鹿茸抽出物、大茴香抽出物、ナツメ抽出物、ハッカ抽出物、熟地黄抽出物およびシナモン抽出物を有効成分として含む、バーンアウト症候群の予防または改善用健康食品組成物。
- 朝鮮人参の実抽出物、紅参抽出物、トウキ抽出物、サンシュユ抽出物、鹿茸抽出物、大茴香抽出物、ナツメ抽出物、ハッカ抽出物、熟地黄抽出物およびシナモン抽出物を有効成分として含む、バーンアウト症候群の予防または治療用薬学組成物。
- 前記組成物は、朝鮮人参の実抽出物を該組成物の総質量に対して0.01〜70質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物は、該朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対して8.0〜30.0質量%の範囲のジンセノサイドReを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物は、該朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対してジンセノサイドRb1;ジンセノサイドRb2;ジンセノサイドRb3;ジンセノサイドRc;ジンセノサイドRd;ジンセノサイドRg1;またはジンセノサイドRg2をそれぞれ0.1〜10質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物は、総ジンセノサイドを23〜80質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物中のPTジンセノサイドに対するPDジンセノサイドの比率は0.63〜1.5の範囲である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、紅参、トウキ、サンシュユ、鹿茸、および大茴香の抽出物を組成物の総質量に対してそれぞれ2.5〜7質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、紅参抽出物を組成物の総質量に対して3〜7質量%の範囲で含み、且つトウキ、サンシュユ、鹿茸、および大茴香抽出物を0.8〜1.2:0.8〜1.2:0.3〜0.7:0.8〜1.2の質量比で含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、ナツメ、ハッカ、熟地黄およびシナモンからなる群より選択される一種以上の抽出物を組成物の総質量に対してそれぞれ0.1〜5質量%の範囲で含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、ナツメ、ハッカ、熟地黄、およびシナモン抽出物を0.8〜1.2:0.05〜0.15:0.8〜1.2:0.05〜0.15の質量比で含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物は、ビタミン、ミネラルおよびアントシアニジンをさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ミネラルは、朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対してカリウム4000mg/100g以上、カルシウム600mg/100g以上、鉄40mg/100g以上、リン150mg/100g以上、マグネシウム250mg/100g以上、および亜鉛140mg/100g以上のうちの一種以上が含まれたものである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- ビタミンは、朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対してビタミンA 150μg/100g以上、ビタミンB1 8mg/100g以上、ビタミンB2 5mg/100g以上、ビタミンB6 8mg/100g以上、ビタミンC 3mg/100g以上、ビタミンK 180μg/100g以上、ナイアシン3.5mg/100g以上、パントテン酸4mg/100g以上、および葉酸250μg/100g以上のうちの一種以上が含まれたものである、請求項12または13に記載の組成物。
- アントシアニジンは、朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対して20ppm(w/w)以上である、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- アントシアニジンは、マルビジンクロリド、アイデアインクロリド、ペラルゴニジンクロリド、およびケラシアニンクロリドからなる群より選択された一種以上を含むものである、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記朝鮮人参の実抽出物は、
マルビジンクロリドを朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対して8.0〜16.0ppm(w/w)の範囲で含み;
アイデアインクロリドを朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対して1.0〜5.0ppm(w/w)の範囲で含み;
ペラルゴニジンクロリドを朝鮮人参の実抽出物の総質量に対して6.0〜12.0ppm(w/w)の範囲で含み;および
ケラシアニンクロリドを2.0〜6.0ppm(w/w)の範囲で含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
