Claims (2)
- 外周に円錐状の軌道面を有する内輪と、内周に円錐状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記両軌道面間に組み込まれた複数の円すいころと、この円すいころを収容する保持器とからなる自動車用円すいころ軸受において、
前記内輪および前記外輪は浸炭鋼からなり、
前記内輪および前記外輪の軌道面はストレート状の母線形状を有し、
前記円すいころは高炭素クロム軸受鋼からなり、
前記円すいころの転動面は、その軸方向中央部分のストレート部と、このストレート部から両端部までのクラウニング部とからなり、このクラウニング部が対数クラウニングで形成され、
前記クラウニング部のドロップ量(Dr)ところ径(Dw)との比Dr/Dwが0.003〜0.03の範囲にあることを特徴とする自動車用円すいころ軸受。 - 前記自動車用円すいころ軸受の用途がトランスミッション又はデファレンシャルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用円すいころ軸受。
