本实用新型公开了一种圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,包括外圈、内圈和若干个滚动连接在外圈和内圈之间的圆锥滚柱,所述外圈和内圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面为向外凸起的弧面,所述弧面分为一个中间弧面和分布于中间弧面二端的二个边弧面,所述中间弧面的半径为R,所述边弧面的半径为r,R>r。采用了本实用新型的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,由于把外圈和内圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面设为中间曲率小,二边曲率大的三段弧面,半径较大、曲率较小的中间弧面能承受较大的径向载荷,半径较小、曲率较大的边弧面能保证保证内、外圈的轴线能出现一定量的相对偏角。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种轴承,具体的说是涉及一种用于汽车轮毂的圆锥滚柱轴承,属于机械制造行业。
背景技术
因为汽车轮毂轴承在实现内、外圈相对转动的前提下,还需允许内、外圈的轴线出现一定量的相对偏角,现有的汽车轮毂轴承,主要包括内圈、外圈和滚动连接在内、外圈之间的滚珠,滚珠转动连接在支持架上,但采用滚珠作为滚子的汽车轮毂轴承,其径向和轴向的受力较小,现有的改进方式是采用圆锥滚柱作为汽车轮毂轴承滚子,为保证内、外圈的轴线能出现一定量的相对偏角,在内、外圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面需做成弧形,其弧形的高度有一定的要求,导致内、外圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面的弧形的半径较小、曲率较大,曲率较大的弧面限止了轴承的径向受力。
实用新型内容
为克服上述缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供既能承受较大的轴向及径向力,同时又能保证内、外圈的轴线能出现一定量的相对偏角的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,包括外圈、内圈和若干个滚动连接在外圈和内圈之间的圆锥滚柱,所述外圈和内圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面为向外凸起的弧面,所述弧面分为一个中间弧面和分布于中间弧面二端的二个边弧面,所述中间弧面的半径为R,所述边弧面的半径为r,R›r。
所述中间弧面的宽度为弧面总宽度的70%-90%。
所述中间弧面的半径R为边弧面的半径r的20-50倍。
采用了本实用新型的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,由于把外圈和内圈与圆锥滚柱的接触面设为中间曲率小,二边曲率大的三段弧面,半径较大、曲率较小的中间弧面能承受较大的径向载荷,半径较小、曲率较大的边弧面能保证保证内、外圈的轴线能出现一定量的相对偏角。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2和若干个滚动连接在外圈1和内圈2之间的圆锥滚柱3,所述圆锥滚柱3通常还需滑动连接在一个保持架上,所述外圈1和内圈2与圆锥滚柱3的接触面为向外凸起的弧面4,综上所述,与现有的普通圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承的结构基本一致。
本实用新型的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承的创新点主要在于所述弧面4分为一个中间弧面5和分布于中间弧面5二端的二个边弧面6,所述中间弧面5的半径为R,所述边弧面6的半径为r,R›r。二个边弧面6对称分布在中间弧面5的二边,并与中间弧面5平滑连接,轴承的径向受力主要作用在中间弧面5上,二个边弧面6的主要作用是保证内、外圈的轴线出现相对偏角时圆锥滚柱3还接触在弧面4上。
在实际应用中,所述中间弧面5的宽度为弧面4总宽度的70%-90%。其宽度的大小应根据轴承所受的径向力大小的不同而选择,当轴承承受的径向力较大时,所述中间弧面5的宽度应选择较大,如采用弧面4总宽度的90%作为中间弧面5的宽度,当轴承承受的径向力较小时,所述中间弧面5的宽度应选择较小,如采用弧面4总宽度的70%作为中间弧面5的宽度,通常中间弧面5的宽度选择为为弧面4总宽度的80%。
所述中间弧面5的半径R为边弧面6的半径r的20-50倍。当中间弧面5的半径R与边弧面6的半径r的比例越大时,如R=50r时,中间弧面5的曲率越小,其能承受的径向力越大,反之,当中间弧面5的半径R与边弧面6的半径r的比例越小时,如R=20r时,中间弧面5的曲率越大,其能承受的径向力越小。

1.一种圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)和若干个滚动连接在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间的圆锥滚柱(3),所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)与圆锥滚柱(3)的接触面为向外凸起的弧面(4),其特征在于所述弧面(4)分为一个中间弧面(5)和分布于中间弧面(5)二端的二个边弧面(6),所述中间弧面(5)的半径为R,所述边弧面(6)的半径为r,R›r。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,其特征在于所述中间弧面(5)的宽度为弧面(4)总宽度的70%-90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥滚柱汽车轮毂轴承,其特征在于所述中间弧面(5)的半径R为边弧面(6)的半径r的20-50倍。
