Description
本発明に係る閉塞体保持構造及びコネクタ付き電線の実施形態の1つを図1から図5に基づいて説明する。
図6及び図7の符号2は、本変形例のコネクタを示す。また、図6及び図7の符号WHは、このコネクタ2が電線Weに対して電気的に接続された状態で取り付けられたコネクタ付き電線を示す。本変形例の閉塞体保持構造及びコネクタ付き電線WHは、前述した実施形態の閉塞体保持構造及びコネクタ付き電線WHにおいて、閉塞体20を下記の閉塞体120に置き換えたものに相当する。よって、本変形例の説明では、実施形態と同じ符号を付したものについての具体的な説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- コネクタハウジングに設け、電線を前記コネクタハウジングの内方から外方へと引き出させる開口部と、
前記開口部の電線引き出し口から引き出される前記電線を挿通させる電線挿通孔を有し、前記開口部に取り付けて前記電線引き出し口を塞ぐ閉塞体と、
前記電線挿通孔を介して前記電線引き出し口から引き出された前記電線を内方に挿通させる筒状の保護部材と、
を備え、
前記閉塞体は、前記保護部材の一方の端部を収容する収容室と、前記収容室を有し、前記開口部の内方に挿入させる挿入部と、前記電線挿通孔の周縁に、前記収容室に収容された前記保護部材の前記一方の端部の端面を筒軸方向で係止する環状部と、を備え、
前記保護部材は、筒軸方向における全体、一部又は複数箇所が伸縮可能なものであり、前記一方の端部の前記端面を前記環状部に当接させ、自らを圧縮させた状態のままの復元力で前記端面から前記環状部に対して押圧力を作用させることを特徴とした閉塞体保持構造。 - 前記開口部に対して前記閉塞体を保持させる保持機構を前記開口部と前記閉塞体との間に備えることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の閉塞体保持構造。
- 前記閉塞体は、前記電線挿通孔と前記収容室と前記挿入部と前記環状部とを有する1つの成形部品であることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞体保持構造。
- 前記閉塞体は、第1閉塞部材と第2閉塞部材とによる二分割構造体であり、前記第1閉塞部材の第1挿入部と前記第2閉塞部材の第2挿入部とで前記挿入部を形成し、かつ、前記第1閉塞部材の第1溝部と前記第2閉塞部材の第2溝部とで前記電線挿通孔を形成し、かつ、前記第1閉塞部材の第1空間部と前記第2閉塞部材の第2空間部とで前記収容室を形成することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の閉塞体保持構造。
- 導電性部材を備えるコネクタと、
前記導電性部材に対して電気的に接続された電線と、
前記電線を保護する保護部材と、
を備え、
前記コネクタは、
前記導電性部材を内方に収容し、前記電線を内方から外方へと引き出させる開口部を有するコネクタハウジングと、
前記開口部の電線引き出し口から引き出される前記電線を挿通させる電線挿通孔を有し、前記開口部に取り付けて前記電線引き出し口を塞ぐ閉塞体と、
を備え、
前記保護部材は、前記電線挿通孔を介して前記電線引き出し口から引き出された前記電線を内方に挿通させる筒状の部材であり、
前記閉塞体は、前記保護部材の一方の端部を収容する収容室と、前記収容室を有し、前記開口部の内方に挿入させる挿入部と、前記電線挿通孔の周縁に、前記収容室に収容された前記保護部材の前記一方の端部の端面を筒軸方向で係止する環状部と、を備え、
前記保護部材は、筒軸方向における全体、一部又は複数箇所が伸縮可能なものであり、前記一方の端部の前記端面を前記環状部に当接させ、自らを圧縮させた状態のままの復元力で前記端面から前記環状部に対して押圧力を作用させることを特徴としたコネクタ付き電線。
