Description
本発明に関連する発明の実施態様の一部を以下に示す。
[態様1]
ポリマー層(4)を含む滑り軸受要素(1)であって、ポリマー層(4)が固体潤滑剤粒子及び金属酸化物粒子と、ポリマーとしてポリイミドポリマー若しくはポリアミドイミドポリマー又はそれらの混合物のみとを含み、前記金属酸化物粒子は、バナジン酸ビスマス、クロム−アンチモン−ルチル及びこれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様2]
前記金属酸化物粒子が、ポリマー層(4)中に2質量%〜13質量%の範囲から選択される割合で含まれる、態様1に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様3]
前記バナジン酸ビスマスが、タングステン及び/又はモリブデンの酸化混合物を含む、態様1又は2に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様4]
前記バナジン酸ビスマスについてのタングステン酸化物及び/又はモリブデン酸化物の合計量が5質量%〜20質量%の範囲から選択される、態様3に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様5]
クロム−アンチモン−ルチルに対するアンチモン酸化物の割合が5質量%〜14質量%の範囲から選択される、態様1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様6]
クロム−アンチモン−ルチル中のクロム酸化物の割合が1質量%〜8質量%の範囲から選択される、態様1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様7]
前記クロム−アンチモン−ルチルの結晶格子が、Ti 3+ 及びTi 5+ イオンを含み、クロム−アンチモン−ルチル中のクロム及びアンチモンの合計量の50原子%超のアンチモン及びクロムが、Ti 3+ イオンの格子サイトを占有しており、それによりTi 3+ イオンを部分的に置換している、態様1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様8]
前記クロム−アンチモン−ルチル中のアンチモン及びクロムが、1.5:1〜3:1の範囲から選択される互いに対する比で存在する、態様1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様9]
前記金属酸化物粒子の少なくとも50%の割合が、最大で500nmの最大粒径を有する、態様1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様10]
前記金属酸化物粒子及び/又は前記固体潤滑剤粒子の少なくとも一部が表面改質されている、態様1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様11]
前記表面改質が、シラン化、シロキシ化、エポキシ化、アミノ化、プラズマ活性化、電子ビーム活性化を含む群から選択される、態様10に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様12]
前記ポリマー層(4)が、ポリアミドイミド、固体潤滑剤粒子及び前記金属酸化物粒子のみからなる、態様1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様13]
前記固体潤滑剤粒子の割合対前記金属酸化物粒子の割合が5:1〜12:1の範囲から選択される、態様1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
[態様14]
前記ポリマー層(4)が摺動層である、態様1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。

Claims (11)
- ポリマー層(4)を含む滑り軸受要素(1)であって、
ポリマー層(4)が固体潤滑剤粒子及び金属酸化物粒子と、ポリマーとしてポリイミドポリマー若しくはポリアミドイミドポリマー又はそれらの混合物のみとを含み、
前記金属酸化物粒子は、バナジン酸ビスマス、Bi(V,W)O4、Bi(V,Mo)O4、Bi(V,W,Mo)O4、クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチル及びこれらの混合物を含む群から選択され、
前記金属酸化物粒子が、ポリマー層(4)中に2質量%〜10質量%の範囲から選択される割合で含まれ、
前記Bi(V,W)O4、Bi(V,Mo)O4及びBi(V,W,Mo)O4におけるタングステン酸化物及び/又はモリブデン酸化物の合計量が5質量%〜20質量%の範囲から選択され、
前記ポリマー層(4)は、半径方向最内なじみ層、又はなじみ運転後に前記滑り軸受要素の通常動作中に各摺動相手と接する半径方向最内摺動層を形成している、
滑り軸受要素(1)。 - クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチルに対するアンチモン酸化物の割合が5質量%〜14質量%の範囲から選択される、請求項1に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチル中のクロム酸化物の割合が1質量%〜8質量%の範囲から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチルの結晶格子が、Ti3+及びTi5+イオンを含み、クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチル中のクロム及びアンチモンの合計量の50原子%超のアンチモン及びクロムが、Ti3+イオンの格子サイトを占有しており、それによりTi3+イオンを部分的に置換している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記クロム酸化物−アンチモン酸化物−ルチル中のアンチモン及びクロムが、1.5:1〜3:1の範囲から選択される互いに対する比で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子の少なくとも50%の割合が、最大で500nmの最大粒径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記金属酸化物粒子及び/又は前記固体潤滑剤粒子の少なくとも一部が表面改質されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記表面改質が、シラン化、シロキシ化、エポキシ化、アミノ化、プラズマ活性化、電子ビーム活性化を含む群から選択される、請求項7に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記ポリマー層(4)が、ポリアミドイミド、固体潤滑剤粒子及び前記金属酸化物粒子のみからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記固体潤滑剤粒子の割合対前記金属酸化物粒子の割合が5:1〜12:1の範囲から選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
- 前記ポリマー層(4)が摺動層である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受要素(1)。
