Description
イオン交換水が、40部の超微粒子酸化亜鉛と1部の伊那食品工業(株)製ウルトラキサンタンVT−7との混合物に加えられ、ホモジナイザーで強攪拌され、100部の分散液(I)が得られた。表1に示すイオン交換水の部数から、乾燥質量で1部の酸化亜鉛を含む当該分散液(I)に含まれるイオン交換水の部数と、乾燥質量で合計6.1部のバインダー樹脂を含む溶液又は分散液(II)とに含まれるイオン交換水の部数を差し引いた部数のイオン交換水に、スメクタイト0.27部、表1に示す部数のケイ酸アルミニウム、酸化亜鉛1部を含む分散液(I)、バインダー樹脂合計6.1部を含む溶液又は分散液(II)、および、表1に示す部数のリン酸エステルの順に混合し、消臭剤原液を得た。イオン交換水90部と消臭剤原液10部を加え、スターラーで撹拌して加工液を得た。次に、カチオン可染性ポリエステル90%とポリウレタン10%とからなる繊維径8μmの繊維を170μmに束ね、目付110g/m2に平編みした乾燥生地を上記加工液に浸漬し、間隙を調整した2本のロール間を通し、下記式(1)で示されるピックアップ率が100±3%となるように一定圧力で絞り、当該生地に当該加工液を均一に含浸加工した。その後、当該加工液を含む生地を150℃のオーブンで5分間乾燥し、その後さらに160℃で2分間熱処理して加工生地を得た。
ピックアップ率(%)=(加工液を絞った後の生地質量−乾燥生地質量)/(乾燥生地質量)×100・・・(1)
洗濯機(ハイアール製品番JW−Z23A)に、40℃の水15LとJAFET標準洗剤20mlとを添加して洗濯液を作り、その中に当該加工生地を入れ洗濯を行った。当該洗濯液での洗濯15分、脱水3分、すすぎ洗い4分、脱水3分、すすぎ洗い4分、脱水4分の工程を4回繰り返した。消臭率は洗濯前と洗濯後の加工生地について、剛軟度と吸水性は洗濯前の加工生地について、以下のとおり測定した。
10cm×10cmの大きさに裁断した加工生地を容量5Lのテドラーバッグに入れ、当該テドラーバッグ内を真空ポンプで真空にした後、ポンプを使用して3Lの悪臭ガスを封入しゴム栓で封じ、悪臭ガスを封入してから2時間後のテドラーバッグ内の濃度を検知管で測定した。
消臭率(%)=(空試験濃度−測定濃度)/(空試験濃度)×100・・・(2)
(2)剛軟度
JIS L 1018 6.22 「剛軟性」 に準拠して、2×15cmに裁断した加工生地をウェール方向及びコース方向にそれぞれ5枚採取し、測定した。値が小さいほど柔軟性に優れている。
JIS L 1907「滴下法」を参考に、以下の方法で行った。10cm×10cmに裁断した加工生地を、シャーレの縁の上に置き、空中に浮いた箇所に、マイクロピペットを用いて、当該生地表面より約10mmの高さから、10μLのイオン交換水を滴下した。水滴が当該生地の表面に達したときから、当該生地が水滴を吸収するにつれて鏡面反射が消え湿潤だけが残った状態までの時間をストップウォッチで測定した。この操作を5回実施し、平均値を求めた。値が小さいほど吸水性に優れている。

実施例1〜3、5、6の消臭剤が含浸され乾燥されて得られる加工生地の洗濯前と洗濯後のアンモニア消臭率及び酢酸消臭率は高く、これらの生地は柔軟で十分高い吸水性を有していた。また、汗の悪臭の原因となるものとして、アンモニア、酢酸、イソ吉草酸が挙げられるが、以上の結果より、本発明に係る消臭剤は、汗の悪臭の原因となる酸(酢酸)及びアンモニアの消臭率が高いことが示されたため、汗臭に対する消臭性が高いことが示された。なお、イソ吉草酸は酢酸と同じ酸であり、酢酸同様の消臭性を示すことが考えられる。
Claims (2)
- (a)酸化亜鉛1質量部、(b)ケイ酸アルミニウム0.5〜10質量部、(c)バインダー樹脂5〜8質量部及び(d)水20〜70質量部を含有し、
更に、(f)界面活性剤0.2〜0.5質量部を含有し、
更に、(e)スメクタイト0.1〜0.4質量部を含有し、
上記(c)バインダー樹脂が、アクリル樹脂とシリコーン樹脂との混合物、又は、ウレタン樹脂であり、
上記(f)界面活性剤がリン酸エステルである、洗浄を繰り返す繊維のための消臭剤。 - 請求項1に記載されている、洗浄を繰り返す繊維のための消臭剤が含浸されている繊維が乾燥されて得られる繊維製品。
