Claims (4)
- サンギヤ(31)及びリングギヤ(32)に各々噛合する複数の遊星ギヤ(33)、該複数の遊星ギヤ(33)をそれぞれ回転自在に貫通、支持する複数の支持軸(34)、並びに該複数の支持軸(34)を支持するキャリア(35)を有する遊星歯車機構(P)における前記キャリア(35)に、該キャリア(35)と隣接する伝動部材(10)が一体に回転するように結合される伝動装置において、
各々の前記支持軸(34)は、該支持軸(34)の軸方向に延びる油孔(h1)と、前記油孔(h1)に内端が連通し且つ該支持軸(34)の外周面に外端(h2o)が開口する排出孔(h2)と、該支持軸(34)の一端部(34a)に設けた係合部(K)とを有すると共に、該支持軸(34)の他端部(34b)が前記キャリア(35)に固定され、 前記伝動部材(10)には、前記排出孔(h2)の前記外端(h2o)が前記キャリア(35)の径方向で外方側を向く位置に前記支持軸(34)を位置決めし得るように前記係合部(K)を係合させる被係合部(S)が設けられることを特徴とする伝動装置。 - 前記油孔(h1)は、前記支持軸(34)を軸方向に貫通しており、
前記油孔(h1)の、前記伝動部材(10)側の開口端部(h1e)は、前記係合部(K)及び前記被係合部(S)相互の係合により閉塞されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記キャリア(35)及び前記伝動部材(10)は、別部品に構成されて相互に一体的に結合されており、
前記キャリア(35)及び前記伝動部材(10)は、前記係合部(K)及び前記被係合部(S)の周辺で互いに当接しており、
前記キャリア(35)及び前記伝動部材(10)相互の当接面(200)は、前記径方向で前記支持軸(34)の外方側において、前記キャリア(35)の回転軸線(L)を含む横断面で見て屈曲部(200a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記被係合部(S)は、前記伝動部材(10)の、前記キャリア(35)との対向面に設けられて前記伝動部材(10)に対し同心である円環状の段部(S)で構成され、
前記係合部(K)は、該係合部(K)と前記段部(S)との係合により前記支持軸(34)を介して前記キャリア(35)を前記伝動部材(10)に対し同心に位置決め可能な形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の伝動装置。
