Description
第1領域と第2領域とを含むアクティブ領域(active area)と、前記アクティブ領域の複数のサブピクセルと、マトリックス形態(matrix form)に配置され前記複数のサブピクセルに対応する複数のタッチ電極とを含み、前記第1領域のタッチ電極のうちの少なくとも一つは、前記第2領域の前記タッチ電極の他方と異なるサイズを有する。そのため、タッチ電極の間のサイズ差によって発生する輝度不良を改善する効果がある。
図6aはタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置のタッチ電極構造を示す図であり、図6bはタッチスクリーン内蔵型表示装置のタッチ電極の間の電圧差(ΔVp21)を示す図である。

Claims (6)
- アクティブ領域(active area)と、
前記アクティブ領域の複数のサブピクセルと、
マトリックス形態(matrix form)に配置され前記サブピクセルに対応する複数のタッチ電極と、
複数のセンシングラインであって、複数のセンシングラインの各々が前記複数のタッチ電極の各々に電気的に接続し、複数のセンシングラインがディスプレイモードにおいて前記複数のタッチ電極へ共通電圧を送り、複数のセンシングラインがタッチモードにおいて前記複数のタッチ電極へタッチ駆動信号を送る、複数のセンシングラインと、
前記複数のタッチ電極の各々へタッチ駆動信号を供給し、タッチ駆動信号が供給された前記複数のタッチ電極の各々からタッチセンシング信号を受信するように構成されたタッチ回路とを含む、表示装置であって、
前記複数のタッチ電極は、対応するサブピクセルの垂直列の数が互いに異なる第1タッチ電極と第2タッチ電極を含み、
前記アクティブ領域の最上行および最下行の前記複数のタッチ電極には、前記第1タッチ電極が含まれ、
それ以外の部分では、前記第1タッチ電極と前記第2タッチ電極が交互に配置された、表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの数は、前記第2タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの数より多い、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のサブピクセルは、マトリックス形態(matrix form)に配置され、
前記第1タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの垂直列の数がK+n個(nは1または2)であり、前記第2タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの垂直列の数はK個である、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの数は、前記第2タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの数より少ない、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数のサブピクセルは、マトリックス形態(matrix form)に配置され、
前記第2タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの垂直列の数がK+n個(nは1または2)であり、前記第1タッチ電極に対応するサブピクセルの垂直列の数はK個である、請求項4に記載の表示装置。 - 液晶ディスプレイ(LCD)、プラズマディスプレイパネル(PDP)、有機発光ディスプレイ装置(OLED)のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
