Description
(1)衣類及び日用品材料
衣服(上着、下着、セーター、ベスト、ズボン等を含む)、手袋、靴下、マフラー、帽子、寝具、枕、クッション、ぬいぐるみ等。
(2)特殊服
防護服、消防服、作業服、防寒服等。
(3)インテリア材料
椅子張り、カーテン、壁紙、カーペット等。
(4)頭髪用品
ブレード、ウィービング、ウィッグ等。
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、質量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、60質量%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、更に160℃のヒートロールで乾燥し、その後130℃で2倍に延伸し、150℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
アクリロニトリル51質量部、塩化ビニリデン48質量部及びp−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ1質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、重量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、60質量%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、更に160℃のヒートロールで乾燥し、その後130℃で2倍に延伸し、150℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
アクリロニトリル51質量部、塩化ビニリデン48質量部及びp−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ1質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をアセトンに樹脂濃度が28質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(変性ポリエチレンオキサイド、住友精化(株)社製「アクアコークTWB」、軟化温度60℃、重量平均分子量11万)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.08mm及び孔数2000ホールのノズルを用い、38質量%のアセトン水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗することで、水洗糸を得た。この水洗糸を140℃で均熱風乾燥し、その後140℃で2倍に延伸し、170℃で熱処理を行ない、繊度2dtexのアクリロニトリル含有繊維を得た。得られたアクリロニトリル含有繊維に紡績用仕上げ油剤(竹本油脂(株)製)を塗布し、クリンプを付け、長さ38mmにカットした。
アクリロニトリル46質量部、塩化ビニル52質量部及びp−スチレンスルホン酸ソーダ2質量部からなる組成物を重合して得られる共重合体(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)をジメチルスルフォキシドに樹脂濃度が27質量%になるように溶解させ樹脂溶液を得た。得られた樹脂溶液中の樹脂(アクリロニトリル含有重合体)100質量部に対して吸水性樹脂(アクリル酸重合体部分ナトリウム塩架橋物、日本触媒(株)製「アクアリックCA_W101」)を10質量部添加して溶解し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液をノズル孔径0.30mm及び孔数100ホールのノズルを用い、60%のジメチルスルフォキシド水溶液中へ押し出し、延伸しつつ水洗したが、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが多く、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製することができなかった。
吸水性樹脂を添加しないこと以外には、製造例1と同様の方法でアクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製した。
吸水性樹脂を添加しないこと以外には、製造例2と同様の方法でアクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製した。
100gの純水を入れた容器に、上記製造例で用いた吸水性樹脂1g入れ、40℃で1時間攪拌し続けた。その後、濾紙をセットしたアスピレーターを用いて3分間吸引濾過をおこない、濾紙上の吸水性樹脂の質量(A)を測定し、次式により自重に対する純水の吸水能を算出した。
自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)=(A−1)/1
上記製造例の製造方法で、アクリロニトリル含有繊維を作製する際、糸切れやノズル詰まり等のトラブルが発生の有無に基づいて下記のように紡糸性を評価した。
紡糸性良好:トラブル発生無
紡糸性不良:トラブル発生有
ネイビー色の分散染料(Terasil Navy Blue SGL、CIBA−GEIGY社製)0.063gを水50gに分散させた容器に、上記製造例の製造方法で作製したアクリロニトリル含有繊維を2.5g入れ、98℃で1時間、容器を振動させながら染色をおこなった。その後容器から上記繊維を取り出し10分間、流水で洗浄、60℃で12時間乾燥を行うことで、分散染料染色綿を得た。染色性評価は目視でおこない、濃色の程度に応じ、下記の基準で評価した。評価がA及びBの場合は、分散染料で染色可能と判断し、評価がCの場合は、分散染料で染色不可と判断した。
A:極めて強い濃色
B:濃色
C:中淡色以下
合格:紡糸性が良好であり、かつ、分散染料で染色可能である。
不合格:紡糸性が不良であるか、及び/又は、分散染料で染色不可である。
Claims (12)
- アクリロニトリル30〜70質量部、ハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニル単量体30〜70質量部、及びこれらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0〜10質量部を含む重合体100質量部に対し、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂を1.0〜20質量部含むことを特徴とする分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 前記吸水性樹脂がポリアルキレンオキシド変性物からなる請求項1に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 前記吸水性樹脂がポリエチレンオキシドとポリイソシアネートで構成された架橋ポリエチレンオキシドからなる請求項1又は2に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法であって、
アクリロニトリル30〜70質量部、ハロゲン含有ビニリデン単量体及び/又はハロゲン含有ビニル単量体30〜70質量部、及びこれらと共重合可能なビニル単量体0〜10質量部を含む重合体100質量部と、自重に対する純水の吸水能(g/g)が10以上100未満である吸水性樹脂1.0〜20質量部を有機溶剤に溶解した紡糸原液を紡糸して分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維を得ることを特徴とする分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法。 - 前記有機溶剤が、N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルフォキシド及びアセトンからなる群から選ばれる1種である請求項4に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維を含むことを特徴とする繊維製品。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維10質量%以上と、天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維90質量%以下を含む請求項6に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記天然繊維、再生繊維、半合成繊維及び分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維以外の合成繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維を30〜70質量%含む請求項7に記載の繊維製品。
- セルロース系繊維を含む請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記セルロース系繊維が、木綿、麻、レーヨン、ポリノジック、キュプラ、及び酢酸セルロース繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の繊維である請求項9に記載の繊維製品。
- ポリエステル系繊維を含む請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
- 前記分散染料可染性アクリロニトリル含有繊維が分散染料で染色されている請求項6〜11のいずれか1項に記載の繊維製品。
