Claims (8)
- グリコールベースの非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤であって、エチレングリコール(EG)と、1,3プロパンジオール(PDO)と、ジエチレングリコール(DEG)と、少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤と、を含み、EGは前記グリコールの総質量の50%〜95%を構成し、前記非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤は、内燃機関での配合時に1.0重量%未満の水を含み、−40℃での前記伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却材の粘度は、同程度の重量%のエチレングリコールに1,2プロパンジオールと混合した流体の粘度よりも20%低い、非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤。
- 前記少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤は、硝酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、アゾール、有機酸腐食防止剤、及び水酸化物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤。
- 前記少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤は、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%の硝酸ナトリウム、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%のモリブデン酸ナトリウム、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%の、トリルトリアゾール、水添トリルトリアゾール、ブチルベンゾトリアゾール、又はこれらの混合物、
濃度0.1重量%〜3重量%の2−エチルヘキサン酸、
濃度0.1重量%〜3重量%の水酸化カリウムからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤。 - PDOの質量対EG、PDO及びDEGの総質量の比率が、0.025〜0.2であり、DEGの質量対EG、PDO及びDEGの総質量の比率が、0.025〜0.2であり、PDO及びDEGの総質量対EG、PDO及びDEGの総質量の比率が、0.05〜0.3である、請求項1に記載の非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤。
- −40℃で2001mPa・s未満の粘度を有し、内燃機関用の非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤の製造方法であって、EGをPDO、DEG及び少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤と混合するステップを含み、EGは前記グリコールの総質量の50%〜95%を構成し、前記非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却剤は、内燃機関での配合時に1.0重量%未満の水を含む、非水性伝熱流体又はエンジン冷却材の製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤は、硝酸塩、モリブデン酸塩、アゾール、有機酸腐食防止剤、及び水酸化物からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの腐食防止剤は、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%の硝酸ナトリウム、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%のモリブデン酸ナトリウム、
濃度0.05重量%〜3重量%の、トリルトリアゾール、水添トリルトリアゾール、ブチルベンゾトリアゾール、又はこれらの混合物、
