Claims (11)
- ケーシング(3)と、
少なくとも第1の軸受および第2の軸受(11、13)によって前記ケーシング(3)内に回転支持されている軸(9)と、
前記第1の軸受と前記第2の軸受(11、13)との間の前記軸(9)に取り付けられている少なくとも1つの軸受間インペラ(19A〜19D)と、
前記軸(9)の一方の端部に取り付けられているオーバーハングインペラ(15)と、
前記ケーシング(3)内に位置し、前記オーバーハングインペラ(15)の出口位置から前記軸受間インペラ(19A〜19D)の入口位置へと圧縮ガスの向きを変えるための複数のリターンベーンを画定する複数の固定のリターンチャネルブレード(27A)を備えたリターンチャネルアセンブリ(23A)を備える第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)と、
前記ケーシング(3)内の入口プレナム(17)と、
を備え、
前記第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)は、前記第1の軸受および第2の軸受(11、13)の一方を収容し、
前記第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)内に収容されている軸受の少なくとも1つの潤滑油路(12)が、前記固定のリターンチャネルブレード(27A)の少なくとも1つを通過して延びる、多段遠心圧縮機(1)。 - 前記固定のリターンチャネルブレード(27A)が、前記リターンチャネルアセンブリ(23A)の屈曲頂部(33A)に近接する領域へと延びる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記オーバーハングインペラ(15)、前記第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)および前記少なくとも1つの軸受間インペラ(19A〜19D)が、前記ケーシング(3)内に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記第1の軸受と前記第2の軸受(11、13)との間に配置された少なくとも第2の軸受間インペラ(19A〜19D)をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 可変入口案内ベーン(41)の構造をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記可変入口案内ベーン(41)が、前記オーバーハングインペラ(15)と流体連通して前記入口プレナム(17)の周囲に径方向に配置されている、請求項5に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記可変入口案内ベーン(41)が、軸方向のガス入口流を生成するために前記オーバーハングインペラ(15)の前方に軸方向に配置されている、請求項5に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記オーバーハングインペラ(15)が、前記軸(9)の一方の端部に支持され、前記入口プレナム(17)に対向する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)内に収容されている軸受の少なくとも1つの潤滑油路(12)が、前記第1のダイヤフラム構造(25、25X)を介して設けられている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記入口プレナム(17)が、軸方向の入口プレナムである、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
- 前記入口プレナム(17)が、径方向の入口プレナムである、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機(1)。
