Claims (13)
- 相互に対面して少なくとも一方向に並んで配置される複数のバッテリーセルと、
複数の前記バッテリーセルの下部に位置する冷却プレートと、
前記冷却プレートに前記バッテリーセルの熱を伝達し、前記バッテリーセルに接着される熱伝達テープと
を含み、
前記熱伝達テープは、一面及び他面がそれぞれ相異なる前記バッテリーセルに面接触し、前記バッテリーセルを接着させる接着部、及び前記バッテリーセルのエッジ部と前記冷却プレートとの間に位置する緩衝部を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記緩衝部は、内部に緩衝空間を有する請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却プレートはアルミニウム材質からなり、前記熱伝達テープはグラファイトを含む材質からなる請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記緩衝部は、前記バッテリーセルのうちいずれか1つのバッテリーセルのエッジ部に接触する第1傾斜面と、前記いずれか1つのバッテリーセルに隣接するもう1つのバッテリーセルのエッジ部に接触し、一端が前記第1傾斜面に連結される第2傾斜面と、前記冷却プレートに接触し、両端が前記第1傾斜面及び前記第2傾斜面にそれぞれ連結される水平面とを含み、
前記第1傾斜面、前記第2傾斜面及び前記水平面は相互に組み合わせられて内部に前記緩衝空間を形成する請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記冷却プレートは、上部に前記第1傾斜面及び前記第2傾斜面が位置し、前記水平面に接触して、複数の前記バッテリーセルが配置される方向に対して垂直な方向に突出する複数の突出部と、隣接する前記突出部同士の間に位置し、前記バッテリーセルのエッジ部が収容される複数の収容部とを有する請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記突出部は両側端から中央に向かって上向きに傾斜する形状を有し、前記接着部は前記突出部の上部に位置する請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記緩衝部は、前記バッテリーセルのエッジ部及び前記冷却プレートに接触する面に接着面を有する請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記緩衝空間に対面する前記緩衝部の面は非接着面である請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記緩衝空間に対面する前記緩衝部の面は、前記接着部の接着面より弱い接着力を有する請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
