Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 金属材料が供給される溶解部と、
前記溶解部の金属材料を溶解して溶融材料とするためのバーナーと、
前記溶解部から溶融材料を受け入れる加熱部であって、前記溶解部のバーナーから噴射される燃焼ガスの輻射熱により該溶融材料を加熱して該溶融材料の温度を上昇させる加熱部と、
前記加熱部から溶融材料を受け入れて該溶融材料を貯留する温度調整部と、
前記加熱部と前記温度調整部とを仕切る隔壁であって、下端部が溶融材料に浸漬して該隔壁の下方に前記加熱部から前記温度調整部への溶融材料の流入を可能とする流入口を形成する隔壁と、
前記温度調整部内の溶融材料に少なくとも一部が浸漬されることで該溶融材料を加熱する浸漬ヒーターと、
前記隔壁に前記溶解部と前記温度調整部とを連通するように形成されかつ前記溶解部のバーナーから噴射される燃焼ガスを前記温度調整部内の溶融材料上の空間に導入するガス導入路と、を備え、
前記バーナーは、燃焼ガス中の酸素濃度が5%以下となるよう制御される、溶解炉。 - 前記バーナーは、燃焼ガス中の酸素濃度が3%以下となるよう制御される、請求項1に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記ガス導入路は、前記溶解部側の入口に対して前記温度調整部側の出口が上方に位置するように傾斜している、請求項1又は2に記載の溶解炉。
- 前記ガス導入路に導入される燃焼ガスは、前記バーナーのガス燃焼量の10%以上20%以下に調整される、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶解炉。
- 前記温度調整部は、内壁又は天井に第1排気口が形成されるとともに前記第1排気口には排気量を調整する調整ダンパーが設けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の溶解炉。
- 材料投入路及び蓋を備えかつ前記溶解部の上方に位置する予熱部をさらに備え、
前記温度調整部は、前記第1排気口に第1開閉ダンパーがさらに設けられ、
前記予熱部は、前記蓋に第2排気口が形成されるとともに前記第2排気口に第2開閉ダンパーが設けられる、請求項5に記載の溶解炉。
