Claims (8)
- 上部に材料投入口及び煙道を有し、下部に溶解物が溶湯保持部に流下する炉床部を有する溶解室を備えた溶解炉であって、
前記炉床部下部に溶解バーナーを備えた燃焼室が形成されており、
前記燃焼室上部の炉床部には耐熱板又は該耐熱板とその下部に補強板を組み合わせたものからなる加熱板が配置されているとともに、
前記溶解室の側壁内には前記燃焼室からの排ガスの流出路が形成され、その出口が溶解室に開口していることを特徴とする金属溶解炉。 - 前記加熱板が炭化硅素や窒化硅素からなる耐熱板又は該耐熱板とその下部にステンレス材の補強板を組み合わせたものである請求項1に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記排ガス流出路が炉体本体側面に形成された溝部と側壁部材とによって形成され、前記側壁部材上部に出口が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記側壁部材と前記加熱板とが側面視U字状の加熱部材として一体に形成され、炉体本体に配置されている請求項3に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記側壁部材上部の出口上部の炉体上部部分が前記炉体本体と分離可能に構成されていて、前記炉体上部部分が炉体本体から分離されたときには、前記加熱部材が該炉体本体に対して着脱自在となるように構成されている請求項4に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記煙道から溶解室内に下部が開放された溶解材料保持部材が配設されている請求項1に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記炉床部と溶湯保持部との間に隔壁部を設けて前記炉床部から流下する溶解物を一旦蓄積する溶湯処理部を配設し、前記隔壁部下部の前記溶湯処理部の底面より高い位置に前記溶湯保持部との溶湯連通部を形成した請求項1に記載の金属溶解炉。
- 前記隔壁部の上部には前記溶湯保持部からの排ガス流通部が形成されている請求項7に記載の金属溶解炉。
