21.フィラメント
Claims (12)
- 接着テープを製造する方法であって、ライナーまたはキャリアフィルムの少なくとも一方の面上に接着剤層を設け、および、
少なくとも一つのフィラメントおよび/または該接着剤層をプラズマで処理し、および、
少なくとも一つのフィラメントを該接着剤層に導入し、
ライナーまたはキャリアフィルムに第一の接着剤層を施用し、少なくとも一つのフィラメントの表面をプラズマ処理し、該第一の接着剤層の表面をプラズマ処理し、前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントを該第一の接着剤層の第一のプラズマ処理された表面上に施用し、および、該少なくとも一つのプラズマ処理されたフィラメント上および該第一の接着剤層のプラズマ処理された表面上に第二の接着剤層が施用することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 空気、二酸化炭素、希ガスまたは窒素またはそれらの混合物が、前記プラズマ処理のプロセスガスとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスガスに、水素、アルカン、アルケン、アルキン、シラン、有機ケイ素モノマー、アクリレートモノマー、水、アルコール、過酸化物および有機酸が水蒸気またはエアロゾルとして混合されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントが、PET繊維、炭素繊維、ケブラー繊維(登録商標)またはガラス繊維の群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントが、サイジング剤により結合された単一フィラメントの束から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ガラス繊維が、サイジング剤を用いてフィラメントに束ねられ、および、異なるサイジング剤を有するフィラメントが、接着テープを製造するのに使用され、および、様々なサイジング剤を有する全てのフィラメントがプラズマ処理されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントが、その全広がりにわたってプラズマ処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 接着剤層および該接着剤層に導入された少なくとも一つのフィラメントを有する接着テープであって、
該接着剤層および該少なくとも一つのフィラメントの表面がプラズマで処理されていることを特徴とする、上記の接着テープ。 - 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントが、PET繊維、炭素繊維、ケブラー繊維(登録商標)またはガラス繊維の群から由来する、請求項8に記載の接着テープ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントが、サイジング剤で結合されたガラス繊維フィラメントから構成されている、請求項8または9に記載の接着テープ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメントがプラズマで処理されていることを特徴とする、請求項8、9または10に記載の接着テープ。
- 前記接着剤層が、ライナーまたはキャリアフィルム上に施用されていることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか一つに記載の接着テープ。
