なお、第1部材側導流溝の形状は、周面を一周するような環状の他、周面の一定範囲に設けられた形状(例えば、半円状)であってもよいし、周面に形成された窪みのような凹部形状であってもよい。
また、このように、突出部を設けると、軸受と突出部との間に、連通溝に連通し、且つ、潤滑流体を溜めることができる溝状の空間が形成される。これにより、連通溝に安定して潤滑流体を供給することができるようになる。
Claims (5)
- ギヤである第1部材と、前記第1部材を相対的に回転可能に軸支する第2部材と、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に配置されている環状の軸受とを備える軸受付構造体であって、
前記軸受は、潤滑流体が供給されるものであり、且つ、前記第1部材に当接している第1環状部材と、前記第2部材に当接している第2環状部材と、前記第1環状部材と前記第2環状部材との間に配置されている転動体とを有し、
前記第1部材及び前記第1環状部材の一方は、他方に当接している部分に、前記第1環状部材の両端に隣接する2つの空間を連通させる連通溝を有し、
前記第1部材は、前記連通溝に連通している第1部材側導流溝と、前記軸受から前記第1部材の回転軸線に沿う方向に間隔を存している位置に設けられ、前記軸受の端面に沿って突出し、前記第1環状部材と前記第1部材の回転軸線方向で対向している突出部と、前記突出部の径方向外側に設けられ、前記第1部材の歯を構成し、前記第1環状部材と前記第1部材の回転軸線方向で対向している歯部とを有し、
前記歯部と前記第1環状部材との前記第1部材の回転軸線に沿う方向における距離は、前記突出部と前記第1環状部材との前記第1部材の回転軸線に沿う方向における距離よりも長く、
前記第1部材側導流溝は、前記第1部材の前記第1環状部材と当接している面と、前記突出部の前記第1環状部材と対向している面との境界部分に設けられていることを特徴とする軸受付構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の軸受付構造体において、
前記軸受は、ラジアル軸受であり、
前記連通溝は、前記第1環状部材の回転中心軸線に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする軸受付構造体。 - 請求項2に記載の軸受付構造体において、
前記連通溝は、前記第1環状部材の回転中心軸線周りに延びる螺旋状の溝であることを特徴とする軸受付構造体。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受付構造体において、
前記軸受の前記第1環状部材の両端面の少なくとも一方の端面に、前記連通溝に連通している軸受側導流溝が形成されていることを特徴とする軸受付構造体。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受付構造体において、
前記第2部材は、前記第1部材の前記歯部に対向する位置に、前記第1部材の回転によって前記歯部から飛散する前記潤滑流体を受け止める受面を有し、
前記受面は、受け止めた前記潤滑流体を、前記歯部と前記軸受との間へ導くように突出している段差部を有していることを特徴とする軸受付構造体。
