前記筐体の内部に配置されている流体圧作動機構(例えば、実施形態における入力軸32、第1クラッチC1、トルクコンバータ2等。以下、同じ。)に供給された前記潤滑流体を前記筐体の内部へ排出する排出機構(例えば、実施形態における排出機構64。以下、同じ。)を備え、
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材(例えば、実施形態におけるガスケット63。以下、同じ。)で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケット(例えば、実施形態におけるガスケット63。以下、同じ。)が狭持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の前記開口縁よりも内部に向かって延びる延設部(例えば、実施形態における延設部63a。以下、同じ。)を有し、
前記筐体の内部には、前記筐体の上方部から下方部に向かって延び、前記排出機構から排出された前記潤滑流体を前記流体溜に導く通路状の流路(例えば、実施形態における流路70。以下、同じ。)が、前記延設部と前記筐体の内壁面とが協同して囲むことによって形成され、
前記排出機構は、前記流路に向かって前記潤滑流体を排出することを特徴とする。
前記流路の下方側の開口部(例えば、実施形態における排出端70a。以下、同じ。)は、前記流体溜の液面が水平面となる状態で、前記液面よりも下方に位置していることが好ましい。
前記筐体の内部には、前記動力伝達装置を構成する内蔵部品(例えば、実施形態における排出機構64、ストレーナ65等。以下、同じ。)が配置され、
前記流路は、前記延設部と前記筐体の内壁面と前記内蔵部品の外面とが協同して囲むことによって形成されていることが好ましい。
動力伝達装置の筐体の内部の流体溜へ導かれる潤滑流体から気体を除去するための動力伝達装置の流路構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されている流体圧作動機構に供給された前記潤滑流体を前記筐体の内部へ排出する排出機構と、前記筐体の内部に配置され前記動力伝達装置を構成する内蔵部品とを備え、
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケットが狭持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の前記開口縁よりも内部に向かって延びる延設部を有し、
前記筐体の内部には、前記筐体の上方部から下方部に向かって延び、前記排出機構から排出された前記潤滑流体を前記流体溜に導く通路状の流路が、前記延設部と前記内蔵部品の外面とが協同して囲むことによって形成され、
前記排出機構は、前記流路に向かって前記潤滑流体を排出することを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 動力伝達装置の筐体の内部の流体溜へ導かれる潤滑流体から気体を除去するための動力伝達装置の流路構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されている流体圧作動機構に供給された前記潤滑流体を前記筐体の内部へ排出する排出機構を備え、
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケットが狭持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の前記開口縁よりも内部に向かって延びる延設部を有し、
前記筐体の内部には、前記筐体の上方部から下方部に向かって延び、前記排出機構から排出された前記潤滑流体を前記流体溜に導く通路状の流路が、前記延設部と前記筐体の内壁面とが協同して囲むことによって形成され、
前記排出機構は、前記流路に向かって前記潤滑流体を排出することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の流路構造。 - 請求項1の動力伝達装置の流路構造において、
前記流路の下方側の開口部は、前記流体溜の液面が水平面となる状態で、前記液面よりも下方に位置していることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の流路構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の流路構造において、
前記筐体の内部には、前記動力伝達装置を構成する内蔵部品が配置され、
前記流路は、前記延設部と前記筐体の内壁面と前記内蔵部品の外面とが協同して囲むことによって形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達装置の流路構造。 - 動力伝達装置の筐体の内部の流体溜へ導かれる潤滑流体から気体を除去するための動力伝達装置の流路構造であって、
前記筐体の内部に配置されている流体圧作動機構に供給された前記潤滑流体を前記筐体の内部へ排出する排出機構と、前記筐体の内部に配置され、前記動力伝達装置を構成する内蔵部品とを備え、
前記筐体は、互いに開口縁で繋ぎ合わされた複数のケース部材で構成され、
前記ケース部材同士の間には、ガスケットが狭持され、
前記ガスケットは、前記筐体の前記開口縁よりも内部に向かって延びる延設部を有し、
前記筐体の内部には、前記筐体の上方部から下方部に向かって延び、前記排出機構から排出された前記潤滑流体を前記流体溜に導く通路状の流路が、前記延設部と前記内蔵部品の外面とが協同して囲むことによって形成され、
前記排出機構は、前記流路に向かって前記潤滑流体を排出することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の流路構造。
