Claims (8)
- 内輪(2)と外輪(3)との間に配置されている玉を備えており、
前記外輪(3)は、潤滑グリース供給通路(7)を有しており、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の外面側の開口部は、前記外輪(3)の外側の外周面に配置されており、且つ、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の内側の開口部は、前記内輪(2)並びに前記外輪(3)の軸方向において、前記玉(4)の中心点によって表される円からずらされて、前記外輪(3)の内周面に配置されている、アンギュラ玉軸受において、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)は、前記外輪(3)の中心軸と垂直な平面に対して傾斜されて配置されており、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)は、外面側において、前記外輪(3)の周方向に延びる潤滑剤溝(8)内で終端しており、
前記潤滑剤溝(8)の中心は、前記外輪(3)の中心から、前記外輪(3)の幅の最大で20%分だけ距離を置いて設けられており、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の横断面が円形ではないことを特徴とする、アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 前記外輪(3)の前記平面に対する、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の中心軸線の傾斜方向は、前記玉(4)に加わる荷重の作用線の傾斜方向と一致する、請求項1に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記外輪(3)の前記平面に対する、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の中心軸線の傾斜角度は、少なくとも2°且つ最大で25°である、請求項1又は2に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の外面側の開口部は、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の中央に配置されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)は、少なくとも2mm、且つ、前記外輪(3)の幅(B)の最大で60%である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)の深さ(t)は、少なくとも0.5mm、且つ、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)の最大で1.5倍である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の最小直径(d)は、少なくとも0.7mm、且つ、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)の最大で半分の大きさである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)は、円弧の形状の輪郭を有している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
