Claims (7)
- トナーを収容して回転軸線の周りを回転する容器本体と、
前記容器本体の外周面に装着され、前記容器本体に回転駆動力を伝達する伝達部材と、
前記容器本体に設けられる開口部を覆うカバーと、を備え、
前記容器本体は、
前記容器本体に対する前記伝達部材の回転を規制するための回転規制部と、
前記容器本体に対する前記伝達部材の前記回転軸線方向の移動を規制するための移動規制部と、を備え、
前記伝達部材は、前記カバーと前記移動規制部の間に挟み込まれており、
前記回転規制部は、第1回転規制部と、前記回転軸線を挟んで前記第1回転規制部の反対側に設けられる第2回転規制部と、を含むように複数設けられ、
前記移動規制部は、第1移動規制部と、前記回転軸線を挟んで前記第1移動規制部の反対側に設けられる第2移動規制部と、を含むように複数設けられ、
前記各回転規制部と前記各移動規制部は、周方向の位置が重ならないように配置されていることを特徴とするトナー容器。 - 前記回転規制部は、前記容器本体の外周面に設けられる係合突起であり、
前記伝達部材の内周面には、周方向に間隔をおいて少なくとも1組の係合リブが設けられ、前記1組の係合リブの間隔に前記係合突起が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトナー容器。 - 前記容器本体の内周面には、前記容器本体の回転に伴って前記容器本体内のトナーを搬送する螺旋状の搬送リブが設けられ、前記搬送リブには、螺旋方向に間隔をおいて複数の補強部が設けられ、前記複数の補強部は、基準直線に沿って配置され、
前記回転規制部は、前記回転軸線及び前記基準直線を含む平面上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のトナー容器。 - 前記移動規制部は、前記容器本体の外周面に設けられる突起部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のトナー容器。
- 前記伝達部材の外周面には、駆動源からの回転駆動力によって回転する駆動ギアに接続される伝達ギアが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のトナー容器。
- 前記カバーは、前記容器本体及び前記伝達部材の回転時に回転停止状態を保持することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のトナー容器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のトナー容器と、
前記トナー容器が装着される装着部と、を備えていることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
