半導体レーザー素子22(出力3W)、レンズ体40(プリズム56無し)及び発光装置20(波長変換部材26無し)の条件で、出射面48から出射する光(半導体レーザー素子22からのレーザー光Ray22)の出力及び配光パターンを確認した。
半導体レーザー素子22(出力3W)、レンズ体40(図10に示す範囲A2に配置されたプリズム56有り)及び発光装置20(波長変換部材26無し)の条件で、出射面48から出射する光(半導体レーザー素子22からのレーザー光Ray22)の出力及び配光パターンを確認した。
半導体レーザー素子22(出力3W)、レンズ体40(図9に示す範囲A1に配置されたプリズム56有り)及び発光装置20(波長変換部材26無し)の条件で、出射面48から出射する光(半導体レーザー素子22からのレーザー光Ray22)の出力及び配光パターンを確認した。
半導体レーザー素子22(出力3W)、レンズ体40(プリズム56無し)及び発光装置20(波長変換部材26有り)の条件で、出射面48から出射する光(波長変換部材26からの光Ray26)の光束、ロービーム用配光パターン中の最大光度を確認した。
半導体レーザー素子22(出力3W)、レンズ体40(図9に示す範囲A1に配置されたプリズム56有り)及び発光装置20(波長変換部材26有り)の条件で、出射面48から出射する光(波長変換部材26からの光Ray26)の光束、ロービーム用配光パターン中の最大光度を確認した。
動作例1は、光学フィルタ62として黄色光を選択透過させるフィルタを用いた場合の動作例である。
動作例2は、光学フィルタ62として青色光を選択透過させるフィルタを用いた場合の動作例である。
動作例3は、光学フィルタ62を省略した場合の動作例である。
Claims (8)
- レーザー光源と、
前記レーザー光源からのレーザー光を受けて、前記レーザー光の少なくとも一部を異なる波長の光に変換する波長変換部材と、
前記波長変換部材からの光又は前記レーザー光が入射する入射面、前記入射面からの光を全反射する第1反射面及び前記第1反射面で全反射された反射光が出射する出射面を含むレンズ体と、を備え、
前記第1反射面は、前記レーザー光源の光軸近傍の範囲に前記レンズ体内部に入射した前記レーザー光の全反射を阻止する全反射阻止構造を含む灯具。 - 前記レンズ体は、前記入射面と、前記第1反射面と、第2反射面と、凸レンズ面である前記出射面と、を含み、
前記第2反射面は、前記出射面の焦点近傍から後方に向かって延びた反射面として構成されており、
前記入射面、前記第1反射面、前記第2反射面及び前記出射面は、前記入射面から前記レンズ体内部に入射して前記第1反射面で全反射された前記波長変換部材からの光のうち前記第2反射面によって一部遮光された光及び前記第2反射面で全反射された光が、前記出射面から出射して前方に照射されることにより、上端縁に前記第2反射面の前端縁によって規定されるカットオフラインを含むロービーム用配光パターンを形成する光学系を構成している請求項1に記載の灯具。 - 前記レンズ体は、前記入射面と、前記第1反射面と、凸レンズ面である前記出射面と、を含み、
前記入射面、前記第1反射面及び前記出射面は、前記入射面から前記レンズ体内部に入射して前記第1反射面で全反射された前記波長変換部材からの光が、前記出射面から出射して前方に照射されることにより、ハイビーム用配光パターンを形成する光学系を構成している請求項1に記載の灯具。 - 前記全反射阻止構造は、前記レンズ体内部に入射した前記レーザー光が前記レンズ体外部に出射するプリズム出射面を含むプリズムである請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の灯具。
- 前記レーザー光源は、レーザーダイオードと、前記レーザーダイオードから出射したレーザー光を前記波長変換部材へ導く光ファイバーによって構成される請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の灯具。
- 前記全反射阻止構造から前記レンズ体外部に出射した前記レーザー光源からのレーザー光及び前記波長変換部材で波長変換された光のうち少なくとも一方の強度を検出する光検出手段と、
前記光検出手段の検出結果と予め定められたしきい値とを比較し、その比較結果に基づき、前記レーザー光を放出しないように前記レーザー光源を制御する制御手段と、を備えた請求項5に記載の灯具。 - 前記レーザー光源は、その光軸に直交する方向に長手方向を有するファーフィールドパターンを有し、
前記全反射阻止構造は、前記第1反射面内方向に長手方向を有する構造であり、前記第1反射面に照射された前記レーザー光源のファーフィールドパターンの長手方向に沿って前記全反射阻止構造の長手方向が配置されている請求項5又は6に記載の灯具。 - 前記波長変換部材は、前記レンズ体の前記入射面とは離間して配置されている請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の灯具。
