Claims (3)
- 三相ACリアクトルの製造方法であって、
前記三相ACリアクトルは、
それぞれが平行かつ直線的な配置関係(並置)でない三相の第1コイル、第2コイル、及び第3コイルと、
入出力部が平行かつ直線的な配置関係(並置)にある入出力端子台と、
前記三相の前記第1コイル、前記第2コイル、及び前記第3コイルの各コイルエンドと前記入出力端子台の間に設けられ、前記各コイルエンドと前記入出力端子台を接続する外部接続位置変換部と、
を有し、
前記外部接続位置変換部は、第1の出力端子用バスバー、第1の入力端子用バスバー、第2の出力端子用バスバー、第2の入力端子用バスバー、第3の出力端子用バスバー、第3の入力端子用バスバーを備え、これらを樹脂にモールドした構造を有し、
前記第1、第2および第3の出力端子用バスバー及び前記第1、第2および第3の入力端子用バスバーは、それぞれ前記第1、第2および第3コイル側の端子とは反対側の前記入出力端子台側の端子が直線上に配置され、
前記三相ACリアクトルの製造方法は、
前記各コイルエンドに、前記外部接続位置変換部のバスバーの前記三相の各コイル側の端子を挿入し接続する工程と、
前記外部接続位置変換部の入出力端子台側の端子に、前記入出力端子台の入出力端子を挿入し接続する工程と、
を有する、三相ACリアクトルの製造方法。 - 前記外部接続位置変換部は、前記各コイルエンド及び前記入出力端子台の接続部の少なくとも一方と脱着可能な構造を有する、請求項1に記載の三相ACリアクトルの製造方法。
- それぞれが平行かつ直線的な配置関係(並置)でない三相の第1コイル、第2コイル、及び第3コイルと、
前記第1コイル、前記第2コイル、及び前記第3コイルを格納する筐体と、
入出力部が平行かつ直線的な配置関係(並置)にある入出力端子台と、
前記三相の前記第1コイル、前記第2コイル、及び前記第3コイルの各コイルエンドと前記入出力端子台の間に設けられ、前記各コイルエンドと前記入出力端子台を接続する外部接続位置変換部と、
を有し、
前記外部接続位置変換部は、第1の出力端子用バスバー、第1の入力端子用バスバー、第2の出力端子用バスバー、第2の入力端子用バスバー、第3の出力端子用バスバー、第3の入力端子用バスバーを備え、
前記第1、第2および第3の出力端子用バスバー及び前記第1、第2および第3の入力端子用バスバーは、それぞれ前記第1、第2および第3コイル側の端子とは反対側の前記入出力端子台側の端子が直線上に配置されており、
前記第1、第2および第3の出力端子用バスバー及び前記第1、第2および第3の入力端子用バスバーは、前記筐体の内側に対応した位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする三相ACリアクトル。
