CMSX‐4材料:超高強度の単結晶合金
希釈(Dilution):溶接ビード中の基材又は溶接前金属の百分率によって測定される、溶接ビード中の基材又は溶接前金属の混合によって発生した溶接材料の化学組成の変化。
展性:金属及び合金の、破壊することなく牽引、引き伸ばし又は成形できる能力。
亀裂:破損表面のごくわずかな分離(開口変位)を伴う小さな割れ状の不連続。大型(macro)又は微小(micro)という接頭辞は相対的なサイズを表す。
ガスタングステンアーク溶接(GTAW):AWSの定義によると、これはタングステン(非消耗)電極と基材としても公知である加工対象物(works)との間で金属を加熱することによって、金属のコアレッセンスを製造する、アーク溶接プロセスである。ガス又はガス混合物からの遮蔽が得られる。圧力を使用してもしなくてもよく、また溶加材を使用してもしなくてもよい。

溶接ワイヤ:溶接接合部又はクラッド溶接部の作製において添加される、ワイヤ状の溶接材料。
ワイドギャップろう付け合金:ろう付け温度において溶融する成分と、同一の温度において部分的に溶融するか又は溶融しない成分とを有する合金。これにより部材間に「ブリッジ」を形成できる。
ワイドギャップろう付け層:基板全体を被覆する材料を提供すること。
アルゴン中でのプラズマアーク溶融によってバーの形態で製造された、表1に示す好ましい化学組成を有する、炭素含有量が少ない順に合金1、合金2、合金3として示されている本発明の合金を、ASTM E‐8、E‐21に従った1200°F及び1800°Fでの引張試験と、ASTM E‐139に従った1700°Fでの応力破断試験とに供した。

Claims (9)
- 重量百分率で以下の元素:
a) ホウ素:0.4〜0.6重量%;
b) 炭素:0.04重量%未満;
c) クロム:20〜23重量%;
d) モリブデン:8〜10重量%;
e) ニオブ:3.15〜4.14重量%;並びに
f) ニッケル及び不純物:残部
からなる、展性ホウ素含有ニッケル系溶接材料。 - 更に、重量百分率で以下の元素:
a) 5重量%以下の鉄;並びに
b) チタン、タンタル、タングステン、ケイ素及びマンガンから選択される合金形成元素:合計1.5重量%以下
を含む、請求項1に記載の展性ホウ素含有ニッケル系溶接材料。 - 溶接及びろう付けのためのワイヤである、請求項1又は2に記載の展性ホウ素含有ニッケル系溶接材料。
- 溶接及びろう付けのための粉体である、請求項1又は2に記載の展性ホウ素含有ニッケル系溶接材料。
